The location is second to none. The breakfast was fantastic. Maria José was so helpful. The decoration was excellent and so original. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the views are unbeatable! It's steps from the castle and has a number of very good restaurants right nearby. The host, Maria Jose clearly cares about the comfort of her guests from a delicious breakfast (that just keeps coming!) to recommendations for activities, to lively Spanish conversations. This was are second time staying here and we can't wait to come back!

The location is in a unique position within the castle walls and with fantastic views. The rooms are quirky and themed. The hostess was absolutely adorable and very attentive. You could not walk away from the breakfast hungry and she included unusual fruits. When we get the chance we will be returning.

The breakfast was served in the new area on street level. There was more food than you actually needed for breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, toast, eggs, ham, fruit and much much more. Maria the owner is a credit to tourism in the peñon of peñiscola...10/10

- the location was excellent- in the middle of the romantic old city - the view from the room was also very good—exactly as in the pictures of the listing - Continental breakfast included - room was small but comfortable with excellent bedding - note that getting to the hotel means climbing up quite some steps, which may be difficult for people with decreased mobility

Unfortunately you do not have car acces to the hotel and the road until there it is long and quite heavy ( especially if you travel with luggage)

Everything is very beautiful about this stay, including the lovely lady with whom you meet for check-in. The room it is a little small but it is very beautiful and clean and the view you get from the balcony it is speechless.

We liked everything. The only aspect I would improve is the information about accessing the property. It is located in the small, high slope streets around Peniscola's castle. If you are arriving by car, you will not be able to make it there (the area is restricted to traffic), and if you travel with kids and luggage, the issue can be quite challenging. My advice: leave your car parked somewhere free in the more modern, flat areas of the town (mainland). Then grab a cab to the property (or walk if you aren't carrying much stuff). Take this into account and don't get frustrated by it. The destiny is absolutely worth it!

Super cute room with fantastic views and amazing location! Powerful breakfast provided by the host, who was very accommodating, polite and nice with our family. Close to history and awesome beaches. Can't get any better.

The hostel location is right in the center of the Peniscola, 200 m from the castle and 300 m to the beach. The properties are styled to several themes - ocean/agriculture/medieval and others. Each has a gorgeous terrace view of the rest of the peñiscola. In the morning, the lady will serve a typical Spanish breakfast with coffee and juice. She is polite and wanna let you be there satisfied and happy.

We loved everything. The only little thing was that even the bedroom was spotless, as it is a very old building pretty much inside the sea there was a bit of smell, which disappeared as soon as we opened the windows. So, not really a big issue.

The location and views couldn't be any better, we absolutely loved the place. Breakfast next morning was delicious and so generous. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.
