Great hotel- location good, staff welcoming, comfortable room. Although I did not use, there was a lounge area on first floor with microwave for general use. Received a welcoming red rose as I was there for St Georges festival which made me feel part of the celebration! Just lively.

Smell of cigaret in the room, one staff member not welcoming, felt like we were bothering her when we were checking in and didn’t speak english or french, unfortunately it was difficult to communicate. All other front desk staff were very nice and helpful!

Hostess lady did not let our frends help us to carry our baggage to our room because they are not guests of the hotel. Also she asked me number of my credit card and it's expiration date in case if we would broke something in the room. I do not travel much but it was the first time hotel asks from me these sensitive information. I find this very odd... Poor soundprooving.

Hotel is less suited if you travel by car. Because of the red light there is no legal option to stop the car in front of the hotel or nearby. Only after booking I received the information that there are only two parking spots you have to reserve in advance to be lucky and have to pay a €17 a day. Only after check-in you get the information where you can actually park your car. This is very confusing! It took me an extra hour to organize the parking.

all was nice there is no breakfast available but in Spain is not really a problem, you have so many places to have a nice breakfast in the neighborhood.

The location is not too far from the historical center, a 7 mn walk. The place is quiet at night to sleep. The room was clean, functional and nice. A good address in terms of price/quality for a short duration

Unfortunatelly the walls are not so solid, so during the night you can hear TV, the other guests and any noisy in the apartment. I use headphone to sleep, but was not nice to hear all the TV show in a high volume. Important to say that people need to be more respectful and think about the others, so hotel is not guilted, but the guests need to know how to use and stay in a hotel. The world is losing elegance.

The hotel is good with nice staff and good location. The apartment is with good space and all the devices working properly. Is really a good apartment, hotel and with nice staff. Parking is easy and close to the building of the hotel.

Nice room with kettle and comfortable beds. The hotel,does not have a breakfast room but does have a pleasant space for guests where they can have free coffee and pre packaged croissants - although there are plenty of coffee places nearby.

There is no parking in the hotel or free parking around. The closest one is 2.1 € per hour, which means you cannot leave the car there over night. You have to park far away.
