We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Once we had found the hotel (the wrong location is shown in Google Maps and another mapping app I use), all was well. The welcome was warm, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast options were good. Shops and restaurant options are within walking distance.

United States of AmericaRoom service for food was missing bread with cheese. Also, I didn’t know where to put the food plates later: outside or in the room. I kept them in the room. Communicate protocol better. Offering a guided tour of the city would help.
