The shower wasn't sealed properly so everytime we were showering the whole bathroom became really wet

The AC is blowing directly on the bed. can’t let it work when sleeping! the wifi is not even good enough to send a WhatsApp.

Our room had ants crawling around , problem was solved once management was notified.

The beds were comfy and the room was spacious , the hotel is also within walking distance of most tourist attractions and areas full of restaurants.

The 2Euro charge to leave your luggage, the hotel should include it in the price in my opinion

Like the general feel of the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the view to these lovely Barcelona streets (my room was on the 5th floor and I could even caught sight of the new star at the top of one of the Sagrada Familia towers!), the friendliness of the staff. Not a hotel that tries to impress you with a pseudo design atmosphere, but a place where I feel good. Will come back for sure!

Roof terrace is only accessible with a separate elevator key. Breakfast was cold and not that good. Constructions were going on hotel wasnt fully booked. Cod have been a bit cheaper I guess. Door lockers sometimes do not work properly. Very thin walls (noise)

The quilt provided was too thin. There is not enough heating in the room. Feeling cold in the morning.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel is located very close to Sagrada Familia and in quiet area away from tourists :) The best thing about this hotel is its staff - everyone was super nice and helpful always with a smile on the face thanks for that :) Hotel looks better on pics :( than in reality but it is a good value for money. Rooms are decent size and bathroom is spacious many amenities offered like toothpaste/toothbrush toiletries, safe and mini fridge. It has a beautiful terrace with deck chairs and shower (towels were missing) you can relax there and enjoy view of Sagrada. My biggest disappointment was breakfast - always cold food :( I didn’t want to wake up at 7 to go down and by 9am everything was cold (no heaters or sth) , same food everyday :( I was hoping on Easter Sunday there will be something a bit different but no. The cleaning staff was coming early (around 9.30) and might enter your room while you are inside. My room had doors, which were shared with other room, and thus I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to me.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, well equipped, comfy bed. The view from tarrace on last floor was amazing. Great value for money.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Coffee vending machine doesn't tea or hot water to make tea, which would be nice to have.
