-The one male receptionist with a long beard. Has no sense of customer friendliness, has no interest in informing the guest about what should they know. Within the first minute of inchecking the only thing he found appropriate to inform is that if anything stolen or any disturbing happens that I'm responsible in front of him and the police!! , hello! Is this your way of welcoming a guest in resorts? I was shocked that i thought first that he was joking! , i have never in my life faced a rude receptionist like this, i really had to post this publicly in order to show that these sorts of actions are not welcomed and a simple word can ruin the day of someone who's expecting to spend a quiet time on the island. - the Walls of the rooms are not soundproof, i was awaken multiple times by the noice of the guests next door in the middle of the night

The location is amazing, you wouldn't want anything more , exactly Infront of the beach, the bus to the city is exactly Infront of the hotel. Lots of shops, resto and cafés.

Pool Wasser war etwas zu Kalt - Auch whirlpool temps war etwas zu kühl. Sie brauchen Kraft Training Geräte ins Hotel... Ich habe überall gesucht mein Fitness zu machen.. Someone should be responsible for cleaning the beach areas in front of the hotel... I could have personally cleared a lot of it in 1 day with the proper tools.

Sky Terrase war hervoragend. In general, we enjoyed everything. Good food (Breakfast & Dinner), great location and excellent customer service!

When i was choosing apartment in booking app i saw that its with sea view, when i ordered stay, i got message that its with a pool view (thought okay, maybe its my fault, maybe i missclick), but when we arrived we got room with street view. I didnt had any screenshots of booking so didnt had any evidence. So much noise from the street that we cant sleep normally all days. I wont have booked this apartment if i knew that it would be with street view and all noise.

Jacuzzi on the roof was cold, had to pay €8 per person for the spa and most equipment didn’t work the jacuzzi was only warm 1 time and the sauna was good but the steam room didn’t work. Majority of staff were nice.

Great choice of food. The rooftop bar is great and all of the staff are so helpful. The access to the luggage store was a really nice touch once you had checked out until you need to leave for the airport. Great location and within easy reach of bus stops to travel to the airport or to the Cathedral. I would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, half board doesn't include any drinks with your evening meal, including water,which is a bit disappointing. The beds are extremely firm and not comfortable at all. Apart from the above the hotel is great.

The hotel was very clean with lovely staff. The food was fantastic with loads to choose from. The sky bar is amazing with lots of comfortable seating and sun beds.

The location was great. The rooms are quite small but every room has a balcony and is very tidy and clean. We also loved the cooks they made the best fresh food ever and were really really nice even tho they don’t speak english only spanish but they are great!!!

Hotel has outdoor swimming pool only. During windy weather its not ideal. Spa facilities are available at extra payment and are only within 10 AM to 5 PM. Hotel does not have a parking of its Own. You must rely on public parking spot around the hotel. On a busy day(weekend), its hard to find a spot around.

Hotel is located just next to beach Playa de Palma. Room with sea view is the best spot to enjoy sunset and sea with your loved ones. Hotel has a great rooftop bar where you can hangout and enjoy a beautiful view. Hotel is close to airport and public transport bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Hotel offers delicious breakfast and dinner menu.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Beautiful sky bar to watch the sunsets. Great buffet choice for breakfasts and evening meal. Room was great, comfortable and great shower. Location was perfect for the beach and bars etc and a great bus service right on the doorstep. Amazing value for money.

Location very good. Easy to get to from the airport. Hotel directly overlooking the beach and promenade. Sky bar lovely. We had a fabulous room overlooking the sea with very spacious terrace. Staff very friendly.

I think they have other rooms available, but we were allocated one that was more like a bathroom with a bed in it. The shower was next to the bed. The sink and cubicle toilet all in the same room!. Too many mirrors to make the room look bigger.

Rooftop bar was fab. Food in restaurant was pretty good. Bed was comfy. Location of hotel was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was really clean. Good hotel facilities.

I didn’t had coffe in the room(at 4*) and after breakfast i wanted to take the coffe upstairs to enjoy it on my balcony.i discovered that it’s not aloud,because you don’t have enough cups,a guy came after me in the reception :lady,lady,you are not aloud to take the coffe.he moved it in a paper cup.well,very funny and strange🙃

This time, our room was on the 4th floor, right under the rooftop bar which means it was noisier than we would have liked, especially in the evening. Breakfast not very diverse. Also, compared with our previous stay, the restaurant staff was sometimes slow or uninterested in taking our drinks order (drinks not included in half board option).

Great location (50m away from the beach), good range of facilities. Good value for money. Half board option available.
