I regretted only that the stay was too short 😀

One of the best hotels I have visited with excellent service, cuisine, accommodation and spa, in walking distance to the beach, dunes and forest, the historical town of Alcudia, a natural reserve and a small mountain. An excellent massage service would render you stay even better. A taxi takes you to the hotel from the airport in less then an hour crossing the picturesque Mallorcan landscape.

Nothing to dislike

Bright and spacious with lots of seating around the lobby area. Loved the coworking space which I used a few days. Rooms are great and the half board was a good choice to make. All staff very friendly.

We had 2 separate beds, which we did not like at all. However, we asked for a topper to make it a doubled bed, which they immediately changed.

I loved the amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. Hotel provides storage room for bicycles. Staff is very freindly. The cleaning personal was also amazing. Typical but nice rooms with good quality, comfy beds! I can recommend the hotel for cyclists.

Very nice hotel with nice and cozy rooms. The food in the hotel is amazing. They are trying to have every single day a special theme which is very nice. The personal is also super friendly. The spa is small but also very nice to have this option when the weather is not soo good or in the evening to relax. This hotel offers everything needed for a perfect stay.

The beds were very hard. Only 1 pillow. Im sure if i asked for another 1 it wouldnt have been a problem. Walls are very thin. We could hear everything from other rooms. I had to wear earplugs at night.

The hotel was spotless. Staff very friendly, food was lovely and plentiful. We celebrated our anniversairy and we recievied a lovely basket of fruit and bottle of wine complimentry.

The bed was not that good and the room was a little bit dark with the lights.

1st the food was good with multiple options. 2nd the place was really good and also the surrounding. 3rd the ambiance was happening. Must recommend hotel.

Shower wasn't comfortable. Water comes very slowly and little which is annoying.

- Fixed tables in the restaurant are assigned to guests during the entire stay. Some tables are located simply not comfortable. I wish I could choose myself each time where I want to sit. So I could enjoy my meal much better. - Try to avoid rooms next to elevators, it’s noisy.

- Nice and helpful staff. - The hotel can be easily reached from the city center of Palma.

Wellness and fitness are quite small.

Breakfast was great and hotel room was clean. The price includes wellness (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna) and fitness. Alcúdia is very nice for a vacation. When you're there I recommend renting a car and going to Talaia d'Albercutx for sunrise. It’s a breathtaking view!
