I think the staff were great in the restaurant and bar areas, but could have been a little less rigid on reception... just not as friendly. No fitness centre was a shame.

Location was great away from the hustle and bustle, easy parking under the building, great facilities and the staff were very professional.

Everything was great!

Lovely and clean, the staff were so helpful, booking our taxi and making sure we got something to eat after our plane got delayed and we arrived later than planned! The atmosphere of the place was fantastic also and so much attention to detail!

No coffee making facilities in room and room service had to be ordered in person at reception. Cost of parking and dog to stay was steep at 50 euros per day

Hotel not totally pet friendly, as we had to sit outside for breakfast totally away from the restaurant because we had a dog.

We had the breakfast on our last day and was alright (I was happy I didn't pay for it at the beginning). The pastries wasn't that fresh, neither juices or coffee, not sure if because we were down "early" in off peak season (around 9.30am). We found a coffee shop the day before on the next street, which has seats outside and serves lovely coffee, fresh pastries and sandwiches, that might have increased expectations on hotel breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, including the bar staff. The rooms were quite modern and refreshed. The location was great if you want peace and quiet, with 5 min walk to the beach. If you want to be around the busy Old Town, it's a 30 min walk, buses across the road of the hotel takes about 10-20 minutes to get there. I had booked a double bedroom and requested a double bed, however we arrived to a room with two twin beds joint together. As I was travelling with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, I asked at reception if there was any actual double room available (nothing worse than falling/being stuck between 2 beds) and they found one which we only had to wait to be cleaned. The second room was a smaller than the first, but suited us. I would stay there again.

The location is great! So close to an amazing beach, small great restaurants nearby and a beautiful 30 min walk along the beach to get to the center. We can definitely recommend staying here :-)

Confortable and spacious rooms. The breakfast is very good although the coffeee could be improved. Well located hotel with professional and always helpful staff. Parking was ideal! The restaurant offeres a delicious varied menue.

No food service at night, we arrived at 23h30 and no possibility to eat anything, not even a vending machine.

The back smell from the bathroom was bad but always dealt with.

Having the option of parking was great, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable and the room was always cleaned perfectly

Heat comes out either hot only or cold only for ventilation depending on the season. so we turned the climate control off and had to open windows, room faced the street so was difficult to sleep with outside noise.

They did the best set up for my dog and were very accommodating for pets. Room was very lush and comfortable to stay in. Service in restaurant and bar also impeccable. Very helpful reception staff

Our room was not made up even after we left a “please make up room” on the door. They only came back at 3pm to ask for the rooms to be made up which is too late.

Very clean, great beds, very welcoming to out little dog and had bowls and a play toy in the room for her 👍🏻

There was no secure parking available for our stay which was disappointing but we found adequate parking a short walk away from the hotel.

At first we did not get the room we booked. I requested twin beds. The first room offered had maintenance being carried out in it when we arrived. We were moved to another room but it had a double bed. The third room had twin beds and was much nicer. This was not the fault of the receptionist who was booking us in and she did everything she could to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. The breakfast was excellent and the room was of a very high standard.

The information/ pictures attached to the different rooms are not completely accurate. I booked a suite expecting a bathtub. But the suites don't have them anymore! My room was switched so maybe no one had been in it so it was a bit dusty on the radiator and a couple other places.

Beautiful decor in the hotel. The man working the night I checked in was very helpful. He changed my room so I could have a bathtub.

Great pet friendly hotel. With food and water bowls provided + a toy for our puppy (only if you book the pet friendly room). Very clean and friendly staff. Close to the beach.
