The planes flying over the hotel every 5 minutes to land. Pool was small and freezing cold. No room service available.

The room was very spacious and bed and sofa was comfortable. The location was great as it was a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Breakfast was quite ok but wouldn't buy it for every morning. Bit boring for 10 eur selfservice buffet. Bar at the cellar was quite horrible from 80's. Why there was no nice cafe / evening bar beside the pool area ? or near the beautiful entrance. Long corridors and rooms were old and worn.

Lobby and entrance seems luxorious. Pool area is quite nice. Personell were nice and friendly.

Check-in time was rigidly 3pm. Staff wasn’t courteous in the beginning. WiFi is poor. Apps aren’t working in the TV. Buffet food is sick 🤢

Read some bad reviews for this hotel and the food on trip advisor and so was worried about the stay. However the hotel was lovely, the room was huge, the staff were lovely and and the food was nice and fresh. The choice wasn't huge but it was very good for the price. If you're looking for a chilled break in this location at a very cost effective price then this is a good choice.

Definitely not a 5* hotel, in need of some renovations throughout as looking very tired and lots of broken sun loungers, rooms are VERY dated. Rooms weren’t cleaned once in 5 days.

Self catering was a joke we had to pay 5 euros a night and when we paid it was not that good.No microwave dodgy cabinet doors kettle knocked it’s self before boiling and we finished boiling the water in a pan ,after that the kettle would switch itself back on quite dangerous I think. Premium prices on poor branded drinks

The extra cost to use the kitchen that was in the room felt really strange and unconformable. We didn’t plan to cook, but not to be able to serve some fruits on a platter or use a bowl for some chips, that was not cool. Also, the parking entry key card never worked, we always had to buzz the reception so they would open the gate.

The room was spacious and clean. A big plus was the buffet restaurant we could use anytime we craved for a good breakfast or dinner. The private parking was also a plus.

Housekeeping left us down.Stayed mon-frid at not once room got cleaned.Complained at reception 2 days on the row,got clean towels. All public areas in hotel clean and tidy.Just room service cleaning left us disappointed.

Being charged extra for children to stay in room after paying for a family room that accommodated 4 people. Areas of the property smelt of drains. Choice of food was limited. Music in entertainment room too loud. No sound proofing of rooms, no privacy on balcony. Water wasn't replenished in room.

Pleasant staff, quiet location, spacious rooms, amazing weather. Always a vegetarian option. Very clean - room cleaned every other day. Games room for kids.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The lighting was too bright, no warm LED’s. No warm swimming pool. One could be warm by putting a cover on it at night.

Felt like a time travel back to the 1980's The infrastructure is outdated and in many places worn and in some broken The noise coming out of the loudspeakers at the swimmingpool made it impossible to rest there (even when playing good songs, the quality of the loudspeakers made it sound like metal on metal).

Our key card twice wouldn’t let us in. We’ve decided we don’t like “all inclusive” hotels as we don’t get the same choices for food as everyone else.

The breakfast buffet was the same as every other one. No bananas though. The cold meat was disappointing. The lady that made the omelettes was very good.
