Paper thin walls. Heard our neighbours all night so did not sleep. No bin or kettle in room. Really strange decoration the the rooms. The reception area does not reflect the rooms

A Standard room, nothing special. Bathroom: - No tissues - no fan in the bathroom. After a shower, entire bathroom is steamed up. - How the shower and glass wall are constructed allows for water to spray out in the bathroom. Room: - no writing paper, pen - no English TV channels Breakfast: - Couldn't find the cold milk. - only 1 coffee machine worked - very crowded when trying to get food and drinks - I personally believe the layout of the restaurant could be better. Too many tables to walk around just to get something to eat.

Breakfast was very good. Clean room. forest Rain shower !!! Water pressure was excellent! Hotel is in a relatively quiet area. Plenty of green by the hotel. Staff is friendly. An uncomplicated atmosphere.

While this is the hotel that I booked, it’s not actually the hotel I stayed in- when I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the reception that I would be staying in the sister hotel next door- I was taken through the back corridor to the Hotel Pinar Plaza - which was a very nice hotel, just not the one I booked!

The bar hours and there was an employee who was extremely rude every time we asked a question like how do you get to the train, or at what time the bar/restaurant is open.

Gym is really poor for those who work out everyday like me!! You can’t call it gym as there’s no training equipments. No tea or coffee maker at the room while my room was a premium type! No plugs beside the bed, no trash bin in the room except the bathroom! No complimentary water!

Very clean and located in a calm neighborhood, 10-12 mins walk to the tube station, supermarket and restaurants are nearby, beds are comfy, fresh juices provided for breakfast

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay (NY) the bar and restaurant was closed but we had a drink downstairs on our last day. Good selection of whiskey.

Amazing hotel. The area (with a beautiful French caffee and bakery place just oposite), the room, the staff. Exceptional standard and high quality. We had a very nice time there.

Had to ask twice at the reception for some new nespresso coffee pods for our room that they’d not replaced. Phone wasn’t working. But we didn’t need it anyway.

Twin beds were incredible!! Super comfortable. Elegantly styled rooms, very tasteful. Bathroom was lovely, shower was amazing. I’ve stayed here a few times over the last 7 years and it’s even better now it’s been enlarged and newly renovated. Reception area much improved and meets with the 4* hotel welcome you’d expect. I will definitely be back when I’m back visiting family every year.

The toliet door is completely transparent and is not even closing well!!! The other person can see you in the toilet entering the front door! This was very uncomfortable

The bathroom and shower are in the room. There's a lack of attention to detail for this price point, like the lack of tissue dispenser or vanity kit, water or coffee maker. The sink is also in the room. I would not book this hotel if I were traveling with someone else. I expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is trendy and I liked the atmosphere in general.

We request our room to change if available. First room was noisy; motorway noise, send one the bed was very small for two person. The Last room at the end was good size and comfortable.

Uncomfortable chairs at the desk to work, no iron board. Difficult to find an Uber during traffic peak times when you want to drive to city center.

Bed was very comfortable, I liked the USB charter stations. Bathroom was good. Good food and breakfast, nice bar.

1- we could not get the breakfast as our flight was too early. The hotel told us that they could not prepare breakfast boxes for us and did not allow us to use the breakfast credit on our dinner bill and told us that we had to seek the breakfast reimbursement through booking which I did. Booking contacted the hotel that refused to credit us back for this amount. 2- very little light in the room

It is noisy, no sound proofing if rooms. Furniture within the room is old but the washroom is fine. The cleaner always used room refreshers / artificial scents which cause unnecessary dizziness for me.

Would have like tea and coffee making facilities and a smart TV so that we could stream from our phone instead of watching on our phone. The was no English speaking TV hence watching netflix and UK news channels on our phone. Hardly any choice of restaurants locally

The shower was fantastic, great size and lovely shower head. The room had a settee which was good. Supermarket around the corner. Neighbourhood was residential and we felt safe
