We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe underground carpark, the main light is on a timer so unpacking out of the car means you end up in the dark. Not many local nice bars or restaurants. As no information given by the Hotel. Menu of the day at restaurant next door was expensive at €25 a head but at least their ordinary menu was reasonable.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The cooked food was not that appetising, eggs & bacon quite greasy. After i had eaten a member of staff came into the room and was asking individual customers if they wanted an omelette cooked to order. We were not asked. But there was cereals, bread, fruit, hams, cheeses etc. Plenty of juices.

United KingdomI wasn’t happy that I couldn’t have just a little ice as the bar and restaurant area was in the process of closing I could understand why they wouldn’t want to serve any more drinks or coffee at this time with machines cleaned & tills tailed up, however a little ice wasn’t going to really affect anything but the staff member working that evening would not let me have some. I felt that was unreasonable
We have stayed a few times because It’s a good hotel , clean, bright & modern . Reception staff are always helpful. Best of all our fur baby is welcome

FranceWindows were not double glazed so noise from road was annoying. However it was quiet after 11pm and we slept well. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work as it pumped out warm air.
Helpful reception and under ground car parking a real bonus. Rooms well appointed and equipped. Dinner and breakfast served at restaurant at premises. They welcomed our dog and gave him an ibis styles collar which was delightful.
