IndiaThe room has limited things. Only one soap solution for hair, hand wash and face... That's not good. Old model TV where you get Spanish language channels. Nowadays people want to see OTTs , your tube etc. No electric kettle. I think at that price point these things can be offered in the room.
I liked the super friendly reception staff. They were very receptive, quick and humble.

GreeceCleaning service needs improvement. Room floor was not cleaned. Some members of the staff seems not to understand exactly what you ask for. At arrival we asked breakfast for everyone in our group and the next morning we were informed that only one adult per room was in the list for breakfast so we had to rearrange. Some misunderstanding with the a la carte restaurant as well. Despite some really small things we had a pleasant stay.

Good room with secure underground parking. Gentleman at reception was extremely helpful explaining how to travel into the centre of Barcelona & which type of ticket to buy saving us money. Easy 10 minute walk to subway for the direct line into town. We chose this location to stay rather than taking the motorbikes into the centre so this hotel suited us perfectly & we would definitely stay again.

Meaning that a hot water drinker like me (I don’t drink tap water or cold water) had to constantly go down stairs to the bar to ask for 2 cups of hot water at a time and almost scalded myself carrying them back to the room. Also, no fridge in room but as this was not a proper holiday, I did not go shopping and could not buy any food to take home which required the fridge
Air con that actually is cool. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. For a solo traveller space is just enough. Comfortable bed although I did have to shift the mattress in place because it felt like the bottom bit and the mattress don’t align
