Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Very nice hotel, quite close to the metro station which takes you to the center of Barcelona. Very clean and tidy. Nice and helpful staff.

The room has limited things. Only one soap solution for hair, hand wash and face... That's not good. Old model TV where you get Spanish language channels. Nowadays people want to see OTTs , your tube etc. No electric kettle. I think at that price point these things can be offered in the room.
I liked the super friendly reception staff. They were very receptive, quick and humble.

If you want to go directly from hotel parking to reception you have to call reception - unfortunately during our stay this ring did not work, so you have to go outside with all your luggage's.

Room card gets deactivated every other day! One staff was unprofessional and made my stay less pleasant. Water is only provided at the first day of stay.

The window was drafty, thus not allowing us to use the extra bed for the kid.
Super clean and friendly stuff. Tasty breakfast and cheap parking (compared to other parking places in Barcelona).

The music in the neighbouring square was really loud into the early hours on the morning on the Saturday night.

Cleaning service needs improvement. Room floor was not cleaned. Some members of the staff seems not to understand exactly what you ask for. At arrival we asked breakfast for everyone in our group and the next morning we were informed that only one adult per room was in the list for breakfast so we had to rearrange. Some misunderstanding with the a la carte restaurant as well. Despite some really small things we had a pleasant stay.
Great breakfast, very good location. Miriam was very polite and friendly.

Good room with secure underground parking. Gentleman at reception was extremely helpful explaining how to travel into the centre of Barcelona & which type of ticket to buy saving us money. Easy 10 minute walk to subway for the direct line into town. We chose this location to stay rather than taking the motorbikes into the centre so this hotel suited us perfectly & we would definitely stay again.

No kettle in room. Meaning that a hot water drinker like me (I don’t drink tap water or cold water) had to constantly go down stairs to the bar to ask for 2 cups of hot water at a time and almost scalded myself carrying them back to the room. Also, no fridge in room but as this was not a proper holiday, I did not go shopping and could not buy any food to take home which required the fridge
Air con that actually is cool. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. For a solo traveller space is just enough. Comfortable bed although I did have to shift the mattress in place because it felt like the bottom bit and the mattress don’t align

Just be careful the location on google maps sometimes taxi may drop you at the bottom of the stairs instead of in front of the door

Even though it's not mentioned in the services offered, having a refrigerator in the room could enhance the overall experience, particularly during the summer season.
The room was tidy, and the staff were amicable. Additionally, there was a bar and restaurant that operated 24 hours.
