I dont like the fact that the rooms don't have electric kettle to boil water for tea.

I enjoy the hotel breakfast package. It was a whole lot. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly. The Bathroom too was cozy.

We found it very hard to find in such a built up area. Could clearly hear people using the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely but did not enjoy the view of people walking their dogs in children's play area ,and cleanup man clearing up . Could do with some blinds to slant on windows. That said very nice stay .these comments are said to help if no one speaks out staff don't know.

I was travelling alone with 2 cats, just passing through on my way to the South. Room was good, clean and spacious. Under the roof so only one window in the ceiling. I did not have breakfast. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Paid extra for a parking spot, which was a good call given the central location of the hotel. Very colorful hotel, must be nice for families with kids, or people with pets (saw someone else with a dog)

nothing was massively wrong. just some small bits to improve. my room did not have a do not disturb sign. the shower was a bit on the cold side. the room could do with a large mirror to fill some space. the corridor lights could be on a bit longer. and the first floor is a bit odd in design. Nothing was poor and bad. Just some little details that could be action upon.

close to the location and friendly staff. nice room, good size. breakfast was good as well. clean. price was good. internet worked well. staff spoke English. which was very helpful.

The theme of the hotel is really nice. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and could speak English, which is rare in Spain.

Breakfast was very basic, even for continental style. No individual bedside light was an issue. Would have preferred a window that we could look out of...we had a VELUX ceiling window only.

Location suited my needs. Room was large and clean, and beds comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast can get loud, with young kids excited to be staying there, and going to the theme park. Not a big problem, unless you have a hangover! Rooms on top floor have no windows only large skylights, nice for star gazing, but could seem claustrophobic.

Very colorfull hotel and room decor. Very good for short stay, and kids friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our lack of Spanish language was not a problem as some spoke English, and all were keen to help.

Very friendly helpful staff, particularly the evening receptionist who helped us with car parking and recommendations for restaurants. Few minutes detour from motorway so excellent stopover from ferry to southern Spain.

Breakfast was pretty poor, and for vegan people almost inexistent :/

The staff was super nice, kudos. I loved that they had a merchan store in the hotel, and the bed was comfy enough.
