Very good value for money. Big room and kitchen to make your own breakfast or even dinner (pots and pans included). Very big balcony, family friendly, but also okay for couples. Nice private beach and pools. Beautiful white buildings and nature.

Steps everywhere which was difficult to navigate with a buggy but wouldn't turn us off coming back. And some ants in the apartment but was spotless other than that and we understand this can't be helped, again wouldn't turn us off coming back.

Amazing location, views and lovely modern apartment. Great to have an indoor pool for this time of year too as outside pool was still a bit cold.

Every morning we were awake with the louds conversations from the house keepings, from 7.30 am, they shouted in the corrridor non stop to comunicate themselves. This must be corrected.

Points we didn't like are: Our studio was very near the independent amusement area with go karts and loud music. Great place for the kids to go, but it's not so nice to be too near to when you're trying to relax. Our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. Luckily, the towel soaked it up. Our kitchen sink leaked, which we had to mop up. We then had to put a large pot under the sink to catch the leak. It was fixed mid week, though. The food in the bar area by the pool could be better. Not the resorts fault, but whoever was above us was constantly moving the chairs around upstairs, which made a scraping noise on the floor.

The resort is in a lovely location, and the outside areas are kept to a high standard. As an older couple, we appreciated the adult only pool and seating area, but if you're a family, there is a lovely double pool with lots of loungers. Our room was very good value for the money and comfortable with a balcony. The bath towels , which were changed often, were of good quality. The resort is in easy walking distance of the town and the marina. Bus stop 2 mins walk if you wanted to go further or car hire companies very nearby. We liked the bar area overlooking the beach. The staff at the resort are all friendly and helpful and very well presented. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the weather not always being Mediterranean.!

One of the rooms was smelling like a sweatty old guy that didn’t shower for a long time 😉 It was not the fould of the cleaners: they did a great job. The room qas really out-dated. I paid quite a lot of money and I never stayed in a holiday house this crappy, let along for this amound of money 😂 (1600 per week: suite) The view was awesome though! Location awesome as well: right at the beach 🥰 We had a great time

Very clean and family friendly hotel. We loved the beach and breakfasts. The area was a bit too touristy for our liking but the ease of everything being on the doorstep was a huge bonus when travelling with small children. We stayed in a budget room which was great value for money but would have upgraded to have the balcony facing the beach or pool.

- parking is available on the street near hotel, but it was totally full every day, so the closest place to leave a car was like 10 min walk away - overall cala d’Or is pretty far, so if you’re planning any hiking activities it’s not the best place to stay in terms of location - hotel room was right after renovation, but it’s already had some stuff broken in it

The restaurants and bars very close to the hotel aren’t as nice as the ones on the marina but they’re ok. The indoor pool could have been warmer and the jacuzzi was very cold!

The location of the hotel is good, right on the beach. It’s about a 20 min walk to the lovely marina and the nice restaurants there. It had good facilities and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff were very nice, especially at the snack bar overlooking the beach which is lovely. Im glad we paid more for a pool/ beach view apartment. You can use the facilities at the sister hotels and there are adult only pools and areas. It’s very family friendly.

Beach Bar food was quite average for the prices we paid.

Location was beautiful, hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable. Pools were attractive and well laid out. Access to sunbeds was fine with stunning views.

Our room location was quite noisy, next to the block main front door, on the ground floor. This meant we had to put the kids to bed in the bedroom and we slept on the sofa beds which are not really meant for adults - they are find for young children but not meant for adult comfort.

I loved the location and the facilities, the staff were friendly. The kids club and entertainment team were great and really focused on ensuring the kids had the best time.

Should have more than one lift in the blocks and main food hall in case one breaks down. Lots of stairs down to the beach and lower bars. Not particularly wheelchair/pushchair friendly. Parking not that straight forward.

Always kept clean. Well presented gardens. Food was brilliant, spoilt for choice every day. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Decent sized pools.
