The fan in the bathroom was too loud. Space to store clothes and shoes could be more. Bedside table rather small, but USB sockets for charging. Little space for toiletries in the bathroom. But these are all minor issues, but still definitely a small issue to fix.

The hotel is just across from four different bars and it's very noisy at night as the room is right out to the street. It's a pity as the hotel is also very close to the beach and other small streets with restaurant and cafe's, which was very nice. Would recommend earplugs or noise cancelling headphones if you are staying here. There was no A/C anywhere, which i thought were a bit strange. We were there in march so it did not bother us as much, as the wind was a little bit chilly, but did not want to stay there in July.

The hotel was nice and big and the facilities were good (however i do not see the point in having to pay for the gym). Some of the furniture is a little outdated, but the rooms are big with both a kitchen and big livingroom. Buffet is okay, but nothing fancy

Room was noisy at night due to lots of the parties from the nearby bars, restaurants and karaoke every night.

Restaurant is very good, meals were differential, each days something different. Pools were clean as well as the rooms. Staff was very helpful and professional.

No Air con, we had a fan that just didn't do enough to keep us cool in August Temperatures! The beds were hard, ok if your young, not OK for my 85 year old mother who suffered daily with her back as a result of this. The Shower/shampoo holder in the shower was empty after a couple of days and was not replenished - thats a shame.

My Mum loved the Beautician in the hotel, great for pedicures and manicures along with plenty of other services. Rooms were cleaned regularly, new towels, ultra important. Location was excellent, and the use of onsight washing machine was a godsend. Love the GYM also and very reasonable charge. The bar was lovely for a quiet drink and the barman was a gent!

There just wasn’t enough staff in restaurant and bar. Most nights there was only one lady working the whole restaurant, meeting and greeting, clearing the dirty plates and working the bar and the same with breakfast in the morning. She was working so hard but it’s definitely not a job for one person. The only major downside is the noise on the evenings, I get that the rooms are not air conditioned but you can’t have the windows open as the bars over the road are so noisy until at least 3/4am each night. Great if your away for a crazy/wild holiday. But for me some days and evenings are nice to chill.

We stopped half board and the food was really good. Typical buffet style, but different choices each evening and breakfast also had a good variety. They have 4 pool areas with lots of sun loungers and some evening entertainment in the main bar. Housekeeping was regular with fresh clean towels also.

The collected 50€ deposit I'm not sure for what as there was no minibar... so unless they thought i was going to take the TV... No sure to be honest... They were refunded at the end of the stay but then we had to wait at checkout for someone to go and check if the TV was there probably.

I loved it all apart from the fact that the door out to the balcony is too high and there is a large enough gap between the floor and the door which allowed two cockroaches in during the night.

I really liked the location great spot, the rooms were clean, pool was lovely just a great place all together.

Staff warned me wi-fi poor, to try on balcony. Cost 28e a week but got refund as didn't in fact really work at all. No visitors allowed at all, even in daytime.

Clean Apartment with 4 pools in grounds, maid service 5 days a week, sheets changed twice a week. Fridge freezer in kitchen area, large sunny balcony. Safe in bedroom. Card entry.

rude reception lady next day didnt sold me access to gym because its only for people over 18 year old !! and i search a lot -nothing about it on Boooking, or hotel web,or even on gym door ... i write 4 emails to booking \hotel menagment -no answer so far..... we chose this place only because of training\gym in same building-i could rent so much nicer place, it was so important for gym progression of my doughter (16 years old). i was passing glass door of gym few times a day ,ther was some times 1 or max 2 people -what a waist of place.
