The toilets weren’t properly cleaned, the limescale could been gotten rid with the right cleaning products.

The nightly power ballad singers till 11pm. One night would be ok but it was like a retirement village for cruise ship singers. Maybe mix it up with different evenings like Spanish guitar. It's a bit difficult to find a good sized supermarket if you plan to self cater. You would definitely need a car If self catering as local shops were more for arm bands and ice cream..

It was a shame that the restaurant / bar area didn't open til 12pm - really could have done wiith a proper cae con leche in the morning. Also disappointing that the pastries you can order from receptiondon't arrive tl 11am. The older kids were disappointed that the deep pool was closed for maintenance for 1/2 of the week. My sister's apartment overlooked the car park, so views are variable.

Loved the kids pool and the staff were friendly. The whole resort was immaculately clean. We had a great view from our balcony. Good to be near the water park and 15 min walk to Flamingo beach and lovely restaurants. Really perfect spot for extended family holiday as we could have our own space but be close to the others.

Restaurant didnt open until midday. We would have liked breakfast or brunch there on occasion. The nearest supermarket was not very good - expensive and limited in choice. The resort was also just that little bit far from Playa Blanca centre and beach for my young children, age 5 and 7 to walk especially in evenings or In the hot sun. So we had to get Taxis a lot which were not always easy to get coming back in the late evening.

The apartment and pool were great. Beds extremely comfortable and place very clean. Children's pool was quite warm but other pools were not. My kids loved the pool and facilities such as the giant chess and play areas. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating and speedy to assist in any requests and queries. The restaurant was very nice and food good, nice atmosphere etc, however it didn't open until midday.

Great place to stay! Kids (and us) loved the heated pool, staff was very nice, the whole area is really clean and well maintained. Just would recommend to hire a car (as almost everyone does btw) as Playa Blanca isn't as small as you might think :)

no entertainment the bar being done up this may be as early in year. location is a little out a 15/20 min walk to the start or cab 5 euro its good to walk

the bungalow was fantastic hold ten of us clean lots space inside and out the three pools very good clean good for kids snack bar was brilliant good food lots drinks and staff very good as per reception team very helpful had two vehicle's own garage and drive felt safe location for large mobile party adults would recommend . for the price for ten people in one place left us happy

Absolut perfection! We all fell in love with this beautiful place and Lanzarote. We are already planning to come back soon. Beautiful private, clean apatment house, perfectly equiped, nice surrounding, THE BED!, servis, such a lovely people at the reception, swimming pool nice and warm. The restaurant - what a fun! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

The restaurant/pool bar was closed until 12pm everyday and closed at 9pm, refurbishing the kitchen. We were not notified that this was happening until we checked in. The big pool is not heated.

We stayed in a villa and we had an amazing view out to the sea it was stunning. The villa couldn't have been nicer and so spacious. The cleaners were in regular, topping up on kitchen paper, toilet paper, clean towels etc which was great. The grounds are very clean nothing is out of place. The kids pool and baby pool was so warm it was fabulous. The food is lovely in the restaurant and the staff are very friendly, so good with kids.

Towels weren’t always available at the pool. One of the singers in the restaurant was awful, the others were very good.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean with comfy beds and very nice bedding. The showers were good with plenty of hot water. The on-site restaurant has a good menu with plenty of choice and the staff were lovely. Reception will call you a taxi if you want to go further afield.

Very comfortable beds; bungalows well equipped with great lounging areas & verandah. On-site restaurant good value for money and great for easy lunch or breakfast. All staff very friendly. Resort well kept. Lovely location about 12 min walk to Playa Flamingo and 5mins to water park. Quick taxi spin & €4 to town centre. Well run resort, ideal for families. Would stay here again & recommend to friends. We had a hire car but could easily manage without one

The pool is large and warm and the on-site Baileys Bar made the holiday with amazing cuisine and great staff. Apartments are spacious and well equipped.

Late check in time (16h) and early checkout (10h) with no flexibility. Also the mail pool did not work because of some reconstruction, and the other one was not heated properly one day out of 3, not only us but also other guests noticed that. And I was expecting more quiet and tranquil environment, but the hotel area is surrounded by roads so there is always noise.

Cosy territory, cute villas, perfect service, clean and pleasant to stay if you are in Playa Blanca area. A bit of a walk from the beach but fast by car.
