The hotel is definitely cycling focused. Restaurant times are very late- breakfast starts at 8am and dinner starts at 7pm. We found these times significantly later than all other hotels we have ever stayed at. The snack bar closes at 5pm meaning there are two hours daily where no food was available. This also means that people are queuing at the door from around 6:45pm so we obviously weren't the only ones who thought it was quite late. There was a serious lack of labelling on the food- my mum is a vegetarian and unfortunately got caught out with a wrap with no label but it had chopped up fish in it. This is also concerning for those with allergies having lived with someone with a nut allergy, I would have serious huge concerns booking this hotel! Lack of entertainment - only on every other night and was the same type of cheesy cabaret singers. The hotel is very much inhabited by Germans, who quite frankly (for the most part) rude, ignorant, will stare at you, not use manners or be courteous. If you were hoping to meet other travellers alike, share some please and thank yous or have basic interactions, you wouldn't get it here being British.

The food choice, taste and variety was exceptional! It literally had something for everyone and changed every night. The hotel has recently been refurbished so it was clean, tidy and modern. Great bus links to Palma centre and the airport. Hotel was extremely quiet at night- I'm not sure if this was because it was full of cyclists so they were all asleep. Pool towels were available to rent; Great value for money!

The indoor swimming pool was only heated warm enough to enjoy once during my 11 day stay- it was cool to touch every other day which was disappointing since we worked long hours in the cold winds and waters at the beach on many days.

Perfect location for the kitefoil race event where I was working with an athlete.

The room had some wear and tear. There were two pools but the indoor one was a bit small. It wouldn't have been a problem except a cold front came through and it was too cold to use the outdoor pool.

We had a great view of the sea. There was a bus stop at the hotel entrance and the beach was a block away. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was very pleasant.

we booked a room for 3 people but haven’t found any bed sheets and towels for the 3rd person, the 3rd bed appeared to be just a folding chair, a little small for an adult. so after a long flight we had to go to the reception at night to ask for these stuff. the was some water coming from the sealing in the toilet, the bathroom was a little old in general. the was no any changing room at the indoor swimming pool. there was severe wind by the time we were staying and the windows seemed to be made of paper :) the air conditioner old and multifunctional. and last but not least, the safe box which is mentioned as included into your booking has no key, you should pay for it at the reception )))

Location is great. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. Beach is just. Few minutes walk away. Housekeeping is great, breakfast and dinner are great too.

Very noisy hotel. Could hear neighbours talk, cough, use their toilet and doors etc., difficult to sleep without ear plugs. One night a neighbour had a party in their balcony which was very loud, still loud when they went inside after we asked them to be quiet.

Very good breakfast, lots of variety. Ask for any type of egg you want. Helpful staff. 24/7 service. They also did our laundry - which was cheap, quick and satisfactory. Reception staff was helpful with showing bus station etc. Hotel has a nice pool area and is very close to the beach. close to other resturants and stores. close to airport, yet did not hear any noise from the airport. Great room service. Great view of the ocean.
