Personally I would,not like to stay there when it’s high season. I prefer smaller establishments.

It is a very new and modern facility. It was very pleasant to stay here as it was out of season. Very good breakfast and plenty of space at the pool. Staff was wonderful.

A warm jacuzzi rather than the cold one connected to the pool. Proper double bed rather than 2 single beds in the double room.

Good location of the hotel, very close to the beach. Great array of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner: healthy options, tastefully cooked, nicely presented. Very friendly staff.

Amazing weekend break to the beach. We had a beautiful room on the top floor with a balcony looking out over the sea. The buffet dinner was delicious with a huge variety, lots of vegetarian options

The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is plentiful, varied and very tasty! The room is lovely with a giant comfy bed , and the bathroom has a fabulous shower. The hotel is situated right on the beach in this beautiful resort. Both my wife and myself were sad to leave and will definitely be back. P.S. Ask for a South facing room if you like sun on your balcony all day.

The daily activities could be more diversified, engaging and entertaining. Same for the night shows (nothing except the weekend where there was a life band playing)

Location was awesome, just steps from the beach. We had the full boarding service, and the food was diversified and tasty. Clean rooms, good service. Recommended.

The weather! We had heavy rain all the time we were there - obviously not the fault of the hotel. But there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good although there didn’t seem to be much in the way of bars, cafes and shops nearby. Unfortunately I left my purse in the room but it was handed in by cleaning staff and the hotel rang to let me know so we were able to go back and collect it.

It felt a little strange, that you could not charge the bills in the bar or the pool to your room, it is easy just to take a print of a creditcard upon arrival. The breakfast restaurant had a very loud ambiance - it was really noisy.

The overall experience of the hotel was good. Serviceminded staff, nice setting, good, clean rooms. The place is nice and you can walk to a lot of nice restaurants. The pool area was great and the bar-service also nice.

We needed better briefing on check-in re the credit system. We were not able to sign for drinks, including wine in the restaurant, but had to pay for consumption on the spot. Initial wifi connection was not straightforward. The hotel is 4 star superior but there was no Kleenex in the bathroom! Soap and toilet paper were not good quality.

The breakfast choice was very good. The location also. The staff were pleasant. The hygiene measures were thorough. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which was never crowded. There was plenty of information in English as well as Spanish.

When a unit nearby violates the No Smoking policy and the smoke from that unit enters your room causing much disappointed.

Wonderful to sleep while listening to the sound of the waves landing on the shore.
