Nothing, really. Maybe that the room does not have a real "boutique" flair to it - but little matters because it's a very ideal place to stay. Central enough to everything, but at the same time far enough from the loud busy streets at night.

The position of the hotel. Unbeatable.

Very poor sound insulation with adjacent rooms. Could hear everything, especially the toilet next door.

We have visited this property in March 24 for the 2nd time. This time we booked 2 rooms, one for us two and 2nd for an elderly relative. Both were great, although I would recommend to have at least one room accessible with a walk in shower. For 2 nights this was great, however for a longer stay, she would sadly not be able to have a shower. Having said that, it's up to us to find an appropriate place rather than complain one doesn't have what we would need therefore, we are only suggesting this and we didn't find a lack of walk in shower a problem on this occasion. Everything was perfect, very clean and specious rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and easily contactable host whom answered all questions. Location is amazing and even though we had a rented mobility scooter, our senior decided to walk everywhere! We will be staying here many more times as we visit Pollenca often.Thank you for a great stay and being so helpful.

The noise from passing trade early during the morning. That said, I would very happily return to stay again as the plusses outweighed any negatives.

No fan or a/c during very hot weather but at least we could open the windows!

Lovely small hotel, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast on the Square at the sister hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel also had a lift and small outdoor area on the ground floor. Very well located near the main Square.

The hotel was located just off the main square and so was near to all the best restaurants and other facilities, including the main bus stop. The air conditioning was excellent.

The hotel was just off the main square in Pollensa. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. There were tea/coffee making facilities down stairs and a nice relaxing area. The room was large with a good sized terrace. The breakfast was beautifully presented and a great choice although it was in the main hotel which was about 50m away. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Simple accommodation and spotlessly clean. self service tea and coffee facilities on ground floor. lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Towels changed regularly. Amazing breakfasts taken at sister hotel Juma.just a short, sunny stroll away. Delightful, friendly staff. Always top of our list to stay when we need a room in Pollensa old town.
