The host, Raquel, was extremely helpful. She met us in person, handed over the keys, and explained various aspects of the property – quite a contrast with our experience in a number of other Booking_dot_com apartments. She made herself available on WhatsApp, which helped a lot in getting oriented, and she also used this to pass on helpful information about Toledo. The location of the property was excellent, a short walk to just about anyway in the town.

The host, Raquel, is amazing! She is so welcoming, and you can see she sincerely loves to share Toledo with you and help you discover it according to what you're interested in. The room is both beautiful and comfy, and the shower is very relaxing. The location is great. It's close to both restaurants and historic sites. You can go to the terrace of the house and have a beautiful view. If you happen to see Andrés downstairs, tell him I said hi.

I liked it all. My only caution is that it is tricky to find. Make sure you have a good app to help find it. Or, call the host. They were most helpful in our case.

Loved the place and loved the host. Precisely what we were looking for. Great roof terrace with tables and chairs for eating and enjoying the views. Pleasant, tasteful styling of the rooms and bathrooms. The house and cellars have historical value located in the dead centre of Toledo. Host helped us with great recommendations and went out of their way to make our stay special. All of the suggested restaurants were a hit. I, personally, could not recommend anything more highly.

We loved the 2 bedroom apartment! The only thing was that one toilet was separate from the 2nd bathroom. We would also like to see towel bars and/or hooks in the bathrooms.

Very very minor point, the towels could have been bigger and better quality. But this is the only improvement I could think of.

The location was excellent within walking distance of all major attractions with Bars and Restaurants also close. We stayed in "The Loft" which was exceptional. Very well and thoughtfully decorated with quality fixtures, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with very good shower. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Contact and communication with the host both beofe dand durung our stay was also very good, She gave us very good advice and information regarding all aspects of our stay, Parking, Attractions to visit, Restaurant recommendations etc...

Raquel was so nice, showed us the Roman caves under the property when we arrived and around our apartment. She was kind enough to send us on a list of recommended restaurants and attractions. Apartment was lovely, really comfortable, well designed and spacious. Also really good aircon which is ESSENTIAL during the summer in Toledo

Communication upfront with the host was very easy with quick response times and very useful tourist tips for visits and restaurants. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations as we had our own private terrace on top of a lovely decorated 2 bedroom apartment. Very modern and very quiet although in the heart of the historical center.

The penthouse was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop patio was fantastic! Located in the center of the city, the view was like no other! We we're duly impressed at how quiet it was considering the location. We enjoyed the amenities provided. The bedrooms were comfortable, and nicely decorated. One had a full bathroom ensuite. The other, a shower and sink, with use of a powder room toilet a few feet from the bedroom. The host, Raquel met us upon check in. She's delightful and full of helpful information! Clearly she is passionate about creating a wonderful experience for her guests!

What’s not to like? Everything was perfect.

Adorable apartment right in the center of the old town. Everything was very clean and sanitized. It had everything we needed for a very nice week stay. Raquel was the perfect host, catering to our requests of Christmas decorations and a cheese grater. :). She was there every day, making sure we were comfortable and knew where to find all the sights. The bed was very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets, the water was hot, and there was a patio on the roof for afternoon happy hours. It was our favorite city in all of Spain, and this apartment made us feel like we were coming home.

This is a hidden gem in the centre of Toledo. Raquel is a fantastic host and so passionate about the apartments. Each one is unique and gorgeous with an unbelievable roof terrace. Raquel straight away provided her number for WhatsApp communication and replied instantly at every request. To finish off she booked us a taxi from the property to the airport which took all the stress away from us. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else again on my return. Thank you Raquel!

Some noise from neighbours upstairs

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Good communication with friendly host via whatsapp. Clean and cosy appartment with lots of extra detail like salt,pepper, oil in the kitchen and choise of soap in the bathroom. Small things like that make a difference. The nice decoration of the rooms, again with eye for the detail. We had the appartment with the terrace, nice and fresh place to relax. Also like the place to shower, very large and separated so no need for glass wall or even worse a plastc curtain.

Everything! The place is very cute, wide, clean and quaint with lots of details, super good value, in the middle of everything, and Raquel, the manager, is very helpful and accommodating. Looks even better than the pictures.

Tour groups coming inside. One day, while I was in, there were 3 in succession. The guide is a loud speaker and some tourists are oblivious of the fact that people actually live there. Last two nights there was a big group occupying a few rooms. Would come at around 3 in the morning, very loud for at least another hour. As a result I had two sleepless nights.

Raquel, the owner is amazing. Incredibly helpful. The place is very original, comfortable, every detail is, one can tell, carefully thought of. High quality bed, pillow, all appliances. Even coffee provided. Impeccably maintained and clean. It is right in the middle of the old town, but in a very secluded location.
