It was easy to arrive at the apartment after receiving the key codes in advance. Both the front door and the apartment door work with number codes, which made it easier when we moved around separately. The apartment was cozy and very clean. Two air heat pumps handle both heating and air conditioning well. The location was excellent. Beautiful, quiet area but right near the cathedral. Communication with Juanfran was quick and easy.

Nothing much to dislike - perhaps the lack of light in the living room was the major drawback but when you're exploring Seville you don't spend much time in the apartment.

The lounge could have been more comfortable

This apartment is in a fantastic location, located in a small square close to cafes and bars, also in walking distance to all the sights. The communication from manager was clear and check- in very easy. The apartment was comfortable with a good bed and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. I appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine. The windows were excellent at keeping out any noise and it was completely quiet for sleeping. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment can really do with a full length mirror and it can get noisy at night during the weekends when events take place at the bar opposite the bedroom (despite the double glazing). It would be perfect if they could do something to remove the sewage smell in the bathroom. This is our third time in Seville and many apartments in this area have it, don't know why! The shopping streets were quite far away so we ended up having to take cabs eventually.

The apartment had everything you need for a few days stay! It was clean and spacious and the kitchen was equipped for a few quick meals, even though we didn't cook. The check in process through door codes was convenient and information was sent in advance. Its a very well appointed apartment and we loved it! Supermarkets are close by and so are many bars and restaurants, although the shopping streets are quite far away. There is a taxi rank close by though

Bathroom was not designed well, that very easily water flood out. Need to pay attention always. After taking bath, became humid with smell. Owner said there are limited locker to store suitcases after checkout. But in fact all the day occupied and couldn't use. However there were coin locker close to the apartment fortunately .

Very good location just 5 min walking from cathedral. Worth to price considering location and size of the room. Nice and new facilities. Owner well explained how to enter the room. Easy but safety. Windows are completely closed so very quite and shut down noise outside.

The dining chairs were stylish but uncomfortable, likewise the couch, and open windows for fresh air meant being visible to the street/other inhabitants.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter, close to lively streets of restaurants, shops and major points of interest. Comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, stylish decor, quiet location. The information supplied by the owner was useful.

The guys operating jackhammers and concrete saws right outside the window on a day I had to stay in! (*Not* the fault of the hosts!)

Spacious well-appointed apartment, in a great location. Double glazed, double windows which were excellent at excluding sound (even jackhammers and concrete saws!). It even had two(!) kettles. Highly recommended

Would have been nice for somebody to have met us at the property. Sofa in the lounge area not very comfortable.

Location in the old town and very near to restaurants and lovely parks. Taxi rank close by. Useful nformation sheet with suggestions of places of interest not to miss a nice touch.

Location is super convenient for the bus station and for visiting the cathedral and the real alcazar. Lots of dining options nearby. Apartment is beautifully furnished and bright. Kitchen was perfect for preparing meals.

Showergel provided was not enough for two people for a week, and sachets impossible to open with wet hands. Hot water was too hot

Lousy being given “shower gel sachets “ and not even enough for 2 adults 3 nights (5 given ) - at least leave a big supply if u use sachets but better still have a dispenser . No coffee or milk provided ( always have in motels and any other B&B/ apartment stays I’ve had ). No news or English channels on tv at all . Sofa was very uncomfortable to watch tv . Having to find where to empty the bins out bit of a pain , once again never had to do this before at any accomodation , would assume cleaning staff could do this .

Great location being in old town near many attractions . Quiet . Heating was good .

- The shower is not practical at all and leaks everywhere - It was cold at night and there was only one blanket (but 2 beds)

- No need for keys, just a code. Easy and quick. - The location was amazing - The main bed was very comfortable - The place was pretty quiet
