To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TanzaniaNo lift and the young girl did not help us with the luggage even though we were struggling as she took us to the room. She recommended us the restaurant from the same company but we were very disappointed, would not go back.
Room was clean, beds very comfortable, hot water long to come so lots of waste of water in this drought time :( Breakfast average but the waiter was very nice and helpful.

SpainRoom was with conditioner, small balcony and minifridge. Brekfast was included - for the one time it is good enaugh, however I expect more variable set especially if stay for more days. The Swimming pool is also great addition. Beach is in 10 mins walk. Nice hotel for the shot stay.

United KingdomWe were disappointed with the breakfast , but realise it was a typical Spanish breakfast. We would happily have paid extra to have some hot options for breakfast.
The hotel was in a good location for exploring the Cabo de Gata. There was plenty of free parking and the town centre was only 5 minutes walk away.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful ie. suggesting which beaches to visit for activities as snorkelling and such. Furthermore they helped in where to go based on weather reports, wind force and direction etc. The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches of monsul, genoveses, rodalquilar and many smaller less known bays.

BelgiumThe place lacks of a certain charm. The location of the piscine, right next to the parking and the road, without much to occult the view, could be better. There is an emergency exit panel in the chambre that diffuses a strong green light all night.
The situation is good if you want to explore the Cabo de Gata park. The room was very clean and the bed confortable enough.

United KingdomRoom was not made up, previously occupants towels and bedding still in the room. Asked for this to be rectified and was told the room was already made up. Receptionist took us back to the room so we could prove that it wasnt cleaned or ready. Not worth the money they were asking for. We didnt stay booked another room in San Jose instead.

I should have read the facilities. I asked for a pool, parking and restaurant. I assumed there would be a bar. Trip Advisor rated it # 2 in San Jose so that was good enough for me. We are pensioners but enjoy a hotel with ambiance, there was none. The worst experience was the breakfast. No buffet, you were given a tray at the counter and was given either a small baguette or a croissant. Then offered processed cheese and ham and a small plastic container of grated tomato. I asked for a croissant as well as a baguette and was told I could only have 1 item. Coffee was available and they gave us a glass of orange juice. Jams and butter were also available. This has to be the most bizarre breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel/hostel. The staff were pleasant and professional. The garden/pool area had loungers, no cushions, 2 small tables and 4 small chairs. For 37 rooms this was not enough. All in all we were very disappointed. Should we have gone to another hotel you may ask, we did not as we had to pay for the 3 nights whether we stayed or not.

We loved this small hotel. We parked easily out the front In their car park(imagine it would be packed during peak) We had a room with a terrace which was lovely to relax on and enjoyed the pool after a day of doing the sites.

The position is convenient if you have a car and it also has a private parking. The swimming pool is great to chill during the hottest hours.
