Unbelievably clumsy check-in at Reception. Either the system needs complete overhaul or the staff lack training. Off to a bad start when I then found a housekeeping issue in my room. Thankfully that was quickly resolved.

Room was adequate, aircon, wifi, fridge, TV, everything working fine. Ample breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately we found the beds a little hard which is reflected in our rating for comfort. We were also a little disappointed with the standard of the food. Although our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, we did have lunch in the hotel on one occasion . Although a selection of hot food was available for breakfast most of it was barely warm and even the cold buffet was bland and uninspiring. We appreciate that offering a full board service for so many people must be difficult and of course you tend to get what you pay for. This situation was not helped by the unsmiling, careworn demeanor of the restaurant staff.

Attractive hotel at the north end of Playa Gandia set in a largely residential area close to the superb beach and promenade. Staff on reception pleasant and helpful as were most of the staff we encountered. Spacious room overlooking the outdoor terraces and pool area, Excellent pool and pool area. with plenty of good quality sun loungers and with the added benefit of an outdoor bar in high season (not open for our visit in September). Twin bedded room with usual facilities and with a balcony with outdoor furniture. Good sized bathroom with toiletries etc and walk in shower (beware the powerful shower - you have been warned !) Located at the quieter end of the resort but still with restaurants etc within an easy stroll.

The hotel was modern, very clean, with friendly helpful staff and was close to the beach.

There was nothing to be discounted about.

Staff was amazing and accommodated our English speaking family. Food was fabulous going half board was the best choice you get to choose either to have lunch or dinner which frees you up to see the town and get out and about more. Such good value.

Parking is almost impossible to find . You can spend 10 mins or 30 going around trying to find a space on the street as the hotel car park is very small and booked out

Room cleaning sometimes were handled at odd times, and few times we had to call reception to have a towels changed, because the room cleaning did not show up that day.

The hotel staff was predominantly Spanish speaking only, if you don't speak Spanish you might struggle. Food can be included as part of your stay. The breakfast options are ok, for the dinner it was a hit and miss. Sometimes you can get a good variety and selection, but another day it would be a miss. But this is a 3* hotel so our expectations were not high. Very close to the beach.

The hotel has more than 200 bedrooms therefore a car park with a maximum of 10 spaces should not be promoted as a facility with Booking.com. Especially as the surrounding streets were completely full of parked cars. My husband has mobility problems and there is no way I would have booked this hotel had we known this. The hot food on the buffet was cold...therefore a lot of food was wasted as not pleasant to eat. Not enough sun loungers by the pool for the number of guests. The hotel policy of not reserving a sun lounger by leaving a towel on it is attached to every bed however we saw many beds reserved with a towel unoccupied for more than two hours. The hotel needs to police the area more. Also there is a big sign saying no smoking on the terrace but waiting staff turned a blind eye to smokers.

Spacious, comfortable and clean bedroom. Refurbished in recent years. Bar and terrace areas are very pleasant. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.

Superb staff throughout the hotel - receptionists were excellent, particularly as my Spanish is rusty at best. The hotel is attractive - not high rise. Our rooms were fine - TV, fridge, marvellous shower, balcony. The pool was fantastic (plus jacuzzi) & sun lounging area lovely. Great terrace to grab a coffee. The beach is a stroll away & we had a view of it from our room. We found street parking for our car. There's a pretty square next to it, with a subtle kids play area.

Everything was great!

Great three-star hotel super close to the beach in Gandía. We were on the 5th floor (room 533) and had incredible views of the beach and the sea. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were nice and friendly. The smart TV had access to several apps including YouTube. We'll definitely stay here again!

My one complaint is that the terrace floor wasn’t very clean. i have a baby that is crawling and he was filthy after being on there.

The food was lovely and the pool was great. Well priced drinks and in a great location!
