Amount of food selection that is too much. also the drink from the bar, if you return the empty glass, they will fill up etc so that can be control of waste drinks also control of empty glass every where in the hotel, sometimes I could see the empty glass in the lift.

Great location both shopping and beach. Room size is good enough for family stay, they could do better arrangement of breakfast as I could imagine how much daily wasted food.

Room and building itself is not new and need some investment into renovating. Big building with not obvious routes and its easy to get lost. Personal on reception looks not very happy. Huge amount of people, pool is small and overloaded. Room seems to be clear. But air conditioning is very noisy and for me it’s impossible to sleep with it.

Close to the sea. Location is great. Food is ok but could be more diverse. Aquapark is great.

How beds were pushed together, for multiple people, leaving one to sleep in the crack. Food very poor, magic aqua rocks however the slides are ran poorly & not all open together.

All staff very friendly & helpful, entertainment staff fab. All clean.

Rooms need updating Wi-Fi doesn’t work. But having said that Worst part was having to come home

Hotel was funky staff friendly pools and slides amazing. Room was ok but dated food always difficult to pls all nations. The location is at the top of a killer hill such a shame that hotel isn’t beach side.

Christmas Day gala Dinner main course poor..Apart from the excellent starters and table decorations the meal was no different to any other dinner.

Food generally excellent. Most staff friendly and helpful. Welcome mini bar.

The food was a hit or a miss. One night i went to subway at the bottom of the hill. Seafood night is not for everyone. The pool was very cold.

Food was poor. I understand we are in a different country but tastes of Irish/English patrons not well catered for. Snack bar beside pool are was horrible all week apart from ice cream and plain biscuits. Had to eat outside twice for lunch in an Irish bar as we were starving, couldn't eat what was in offer. No Irish/English teabags on offer at breakfast all week. We ate same thing every morning at breakfast as best we could. In this day and age it is not hard to import authentic goods to cater for patrons that are booking stays in hotel

the hotel has a quite confusing layout and isn’t the easiest to get around, rooms were quite small with not a lot of storage space for a family of four

The pool was very cold Slides only open 11-5 and only 2 at a time Food - average You have to buy a plastic cup to use by the pool which you have to carry with you at all times even to the swim up bar The chill out zone only open 12-4 Only 5 rooms with balconies
