Didn't like that our room seemed to have some small infrastructural flaws. For example the lighting was very limited.

I love the buffet breakfast! It's great! and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Poor noise insulation in the room. The coffee.

The reception- they upgraded us for a room with balcony, without us requesting. It was a nice detail, thank you :) The location, 10 min walk from the beach. Apart from the coffee, the breakfast was delicious and varied. Good value for money. Would be back for a short stay. We were unlucky with the weather so we didn't try the pool area which seemed great. Maybe next time.

We could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs in the evening, and unfortunately had a view on the parking lot.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great and the pool area was spacious and enjoyable. Good location to get to the beach/old town too.

Thin walls. We got a pair of pretty noisy and stupid teenagers next door who spent our whole stay wrestling and banging things. We couldn't rest in our room. We reported it, but the situation didn't change.

The buffet breakfast was awesome, also the swimming pool area was really nice. The staff were warm and helpful. Especially the bartender guy at the cafe/bar.

I guess the hotel could need some modernizing but other than that it's all good.

The hotel is outside of the busy parts of Tossa so it's quiet. The bartender makes great mojitos. The breakfast is ok and overall we had a good stay.

I haven't seen as bad as this hotel for decades. EVERYTHING is shabby starting from the reception finishing the rooms. The sound insulation does not exist. The balcony with the view to the parking lot does not help either. In my opinion, the building has to be demolished and built from scratch in order to be served as a decent hotel

The carpet inside the hotel was very dusty and had very bad smell,inside the rooms the same was very bad smell. Like smell from the church. If they can back me my money I will change the hotel in my first day.

every day they changed towels and clean very good. The personal was very frandly and smile. But next time I will not back at the same hotel.

The breakfast was first class,the staff were very good,pool was excellent,the only down side was our bedroom /balcony,which turned out to be smelly bedroom(drains)and a terrace that flooded,so mixed feelings..

The shower was extremely small and it would have been convenient to at least have a mosquito net with the balcony door (considering that that room included a fan not an AC)

Breakfast could have had a bit more of a British option maybe sausages, beans and scrambled eggs (mostly for children to have a bit more choice) other than that our whole stay was perfect! The staff were amazing! The hotel was beautiful, very relaxed which is exactly what we were looking for and the place is beautiful. We have already decided come back again for two weeks this time in 2024!

1. double room with separate beds instead of a larger bed, the beds were apart with any simple move 2. no air conditioning on the room even though on the booking was described as air conditioning, the rom came with a fan 3. extremely small bathroom 4. cleaning standards low
