We had booked a room with SPA access, not really worth it. It's really small, and needs to be updated.

Room was clean and all necessary things. Around hotel - a lot of places to dine out.

The food all around was terrible. The breakfast was okay. Just okay. The lunch was just barely eatable. I ordered a pizza margarita and it tasted worse than a frozen pizza. I couldn’t finish it. The drinks at breakfast tasted like syrup fruit juice. Not fresh at all like they advertised.

The location was perfect. Everything was within a 5-10 min walking distance.

Parking is huge problem. We parked our car to 10 mins walking away each time.

Hotel is so close to Portal Nous, Magaluf and just 10 mins walking away from Marina. Staff, Facility, Location was great. Breakfast and Dinner was also good. Its really good choice in Price\Quality.

Abit of language barrier.

I really loved the location very close to restaurants and supermarkets.The staff were ok. Some of them were not so friendly(maybe it was language barrier). The buffet was top notch. Receptionist were so friendly.

I thought it was a bit much for my stay considering where the previous place was. No free parking can really be a problem. Room seemed a bit small but it was just me so meh.

Hotel rooms look pretty modern with a really attractive bathroom. The location is pretty nice too if you want to head into the port or the nearby beaches. Minibar, small fridge, hangars, and your typical toiletries. The breakfast was included and it was okay, typical food for the English as there are many here your selections of hams fruit and a small Majorcan corner. Pool looked really nice but I didn't enjoy it as I was out pretty much all day. Parking costs here as there almost isn't any parking available.

The only thing I did not like was the luck maybe of sound proofing. Like my neighbours slammed their door and woke me up.they were a variety of guest groups.from families to 20smthg party people.so it depends on your neighbours I guess.nevertheless I would visit again.just for the spa, breakfast and stuff.

The people working there are really nice. I liked the gym facilities,clean just missing water in the water fountain. The spa access it's a great thing to have, especially in bad weather days.sauna,ham,indoor pool with gets I had a massage as well which was surprisingly really good!! Breakfast was a great spread,you can order your own omelette as well.great addition was infused water and takeaway cups.. Pool was nice as well. Around area has some bars and restaurants within 10min walk is the marina with a lot more restaurants bars

Rooms are small for the price and parts of the hotel are tired, breakfast is average at best.

Stringent opening and closing times of facilities, no flexibility, eg breakfast was 7:30 to 10:30, coffee machine and even the lights switched off at exactly 10:30! Bar closed on the dot at 23:45.

We requested rooms with a view and were overlooking the flat roof of the hotel with no view whatsoever. The fruit at breakfast was mainly tinned which was disappointing. The staff at breakfast were almost too efficient, constantly hovering around your table trying to take plates away before you had even finished. It was irritating at times. The food at the pool snack bar for lunch was very average - we only ate there once.

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. There was a fantastic selection of food at breakfast. The pool staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was clean. The location was okay, about a 10 minutes walk downhill to the main harbour. A steep walk uphill to get back!

Lifts are very old fashioned, difficult to use the stairs with a pram , should be more ramps for people who have phobias of using the lifts

The hotel was very clean, great family location, close to the marina and beach , reasturants , bars and supermarket all nearby. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly, kept our 18 month old entertained

The spa was a disappointment looks very jaded a few things not working quality of towels were dreadful.Staff tried there best but it felt very much like a short stay hotel.On check out day we were being picked up at 5/00am asked for continental breakfast we’re given packed lunch in a bag asked for coffee sorry no despite a coffee machine behind bar at reception or a thermos made up at night as I said little things that would lift quality of service.

Good location,breakfast was good my thoughts are with a little tweak here and there it could be special felt a bit impersonal.we booked because of gym equipment was brand new again it looked half finished a lot of wasted space I run three gyms and for very little money it could be excellent
