Rules around the pool indicated that you could not buy drinks in the shop next to the pool and bring to the pool. That is allowed according to the staff

Good location. Nice appartment in the Ris. Pool area is small but clean and no trouble finding a good spot there. Not to busy pool area as the beach is just accross the street

Very late check in times at 5 p.m. Room was not ready before check in time, but they made it ready around 3:30 p.m. The bed was the the only really bad thing. Not only squeaking, no single beds only queen size bed with soft mattresses and just one big blanket. Some nights you could hear the neighbours. Had just one good night sleep. Price for breakfast was quite high for simple breakfast (15€/person) and we did not eat there. From the outside we saw a small range of food, mainly sweet. sauna had a really low temperatur 50 degrees and the steam bath seems not to work properly. No changing the towels in between. Not many international channels, some French, Bloomberg. If you use the soap it is not really getting off while washing with water. cutting board, bread knife, bread basket were missing in the apartment.

Check inn and check out went promptly and very friendly staff. We could check out one hour later, not longer, because the hotel closed for maintanance. View and location were stunning. Dishwasher and washing machine as well as a big refrigerator with freezer were really nice. Pool time started at 8:30 a.m., nice to have an early morning swim. Also sauna, steam bath and small warm indoor pool were offered. Apartment was really clean and offered extra blankets and towels. Equipment of the kitchen was ok. Kettle and additional pan were given after asking. Good parking garage with big parking slots included. Dryer for clothes is also available in the building.

Nothing about hotel. There was a building site right next door which was half built but they weren't working on it when we stayed this was unsightly and spoilt the view while by the pool.

This place is spotlessly clean in the apartment and all communal areas and pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to beach near a great bar. The beach is one of the best beaches I have been on so safe for children. The pool is lovely small but was never busy in July so always room. The pool bar was great. We didn't have the breakfast so couldn't comment on it. You are very close to supermarket and bakery. The carpark was also excellent, safe and under the hotel. The apartment size was large we were family of five the sofa bed was large comfortable and we still had another sofa. The cooking equipment was adequate. 2 hobs and microwave. The fridge and freezer were large and very clean. There were 2 bathrooms masterbedroom had large ensuit. Every room had a small balcony. We were told it wasn't sea view but it had lovely sea view you just had to turn 90 degrees to see it. Would recommend both the apartment the hotel and Noja.

the view is unbelievable! you hear the waves all night long, we kept all doors open as there were no mosquitoes. very convenient with kids as an absolutely amazing beach is just underneath your balcony.

The appartment was really nice, clean, pretty and modern. The kitchen was not very practical though. Only two plates for kettles, and lacked some equipment (e.g. a water boiler, a cut board for bread). And it would have been nice with an extra bed in one of the two bedrooms, so that my son didn't have to sleep in the living room.

Hosts were great, warm, welcoming, helpful. Noja is lovely with great beaches and few tourists.

The weather could be better =) All good

It's the 3rd year we stay in Noja and Maritimoris apartment is the best option for a family vacations at the beach. Great view of the ocean. Going from the room directly to the ocean with the board for surfing. All clean and comforable. Well equipped kitchen. Convinient garage with direct access. We did not use much of the other facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) this time because of the COVID restrictions. But the ocean is still there =)

The place didn't have hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper and no basic cooking spices, no wine glasses. You are expected to buy trash bags and dish washer soap as they require guess to empty trash and leave all dishes clean. There is no laundry detergent nor any kind of cleaning products. The TV is not smart, so you are stuck with Spanish channels only. The EV car chargers didn't work, even though they told me before booking that it was working. They charged an extra 10 Euros for a card that didn't work. The coffee maker is also horrible
