Unfortunately the room was really aged, it needs to be fully repainted, not to talk about the water infiltration visible under the ceiling. They need to invest some money renovating. The lift once stopped a step below the level floor. The sofa pillows on the terrace definitely needs to be washed.

The location is perfect and the lounge with outside terrance is nice and tidy. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful, really appreciated their help and also they met my request for a room in the highest floors.

Bathrooms are not updated, which mostly was a problem for the bath/shower. Although clean, the shower head had very low pressure due to the mechanism of changing between shower head and faucet for the bathtub.

Great location - close to public transportation and larger squares. The rooms and common areas are renovated and new. Beds are comfy and large pillows. Room is equipped with a small desk, clothes cabinet with hangers and a safe. There is air conditioning and also a cieling fan. Also, they have water bottles available, which you can refresh in the reception.

Door closer did not close door to room. Reception not 24/7. This was a problem when fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No one came for a while, while we all stood out on the street, and when they finally came, no one came out to tell us that they had checked the hotel and all was clear

We are texting for a self checking a days, and was right that would to the self check in, but they send me a message changing planes in the afternoon, that we had to go to the other othen Lemon Reading to make checkin there and we are kind of lost, because we we sending message in booking or whatsapp to check where we need to go, and they did'nt answer, so we arrived the hotel at midnight, didn't find the key, go to the other hotel with our heavy luggages to make check in and then come back, when we arrived at our room we took a shower and the shower holder wans't working, but this the fixed the next day.

We loved the comum space for guests, we had free cofee, cold water, microwave, tea and dishes. Also was a nice and confort place to have a meal, we demand a problem and they solved.

Our window was facing the lift and it wasn’t actually connected to outside and there was no fresh air. I wish they let some fresh air in the corridors as well as it was smelling like mold.

Very comfortable bed, nice water pressure and the location is top notch. The common area was to die for like a fairy tale and there was free coffee, tea and water at the facility.

The bathroom could do with some small smartening-up and re-decorating.

Well located hotel, a few steps from the Rambla, other important streets and historic sights. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The neighborhood is lively and safe. Our room was facing the courtyard and was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is not staffed after 17:00 until 10:00am but check-in is possible outside these hours. In the common area that opens up to the patio has a microwave and you can use the plates and cutlery to warm up your food and take it to eat in the patio or in your room. Free coffee and tea and water is available. In general, this is a great hotel for a young couple that want to be in the centre of this exciting city.

We were asked to wait 15mins more after check in started at 3pm as the room was not yet available. There was also one instance where our room door was left open, and the window was also left open- when we left the room earlier in the day we double checked to make sure the door and window was closed. This was very suspicious as we were out of the room for hours and returned to an unlocked hotel room, and because the check in desk closes at 6pm we could not ask the reception why this was. Thankfully, nothing was taken but still this was a breach of our privacy/security. Another thing about the check in desk being closed by 6pm is that you can only leave your luggage until before 6pm! We arrived 15mins before 6pm and there was nobody to be found at the check in desk to collect our belongings. We tried to contact them through the booking.com messaging app and also through their whatsapp to no response. We collected our luggage when finally a staff member came after an hour. If these things could have been improved/resolved sooner this stay would be rated higher.

The hotel was in a good central location, within walking distance to La Rambla. It was still a quiet place even though it was on a main street, the bedroom was not disturbed by outside noises. The room was adequate, it had no tea/coffee making inside the room but there was a common area where you can make tea/coffee for free and offered some biscuits, a microwave and free water any time. There were also some sweets, a bottle of wine, slippers and tote bag that were left for us when we first arrived to the room. The exterior room was quite warm during the peak hours of noon as it faced the sun and the window would heat up the room- the blackout curtains were helpful to keep the glare out and the room had air conditioning and a ceiling fan as well.

We would have liked more hangers in the rooms and English breakfast tea in the hot drinks area. The reception desk is only manned certain hours, not really a problem except for having to find someone to see our passports.

The location was about a minute's walk from the airport bus stop so really easy to arrive and leave luggage before exploring the city. Easy to walk to different areas, but also convenient for the metro. For a budget hotel, the bed was enormous and the planning and decor of the room was simple but thought through. The free water and coffee was much appreciated.

Everything is within walking distance so the property was definitely convenient! We loved the quirkiness of the place, the terrace and even the “Help Yourself” area. Totally a cool place
