It was a bit noisy, not from the street but from the courtyard and from other rooms/hallway. We had an appartement at the inside of the building and early morning some of the staff were towing equipment which was a bit annoing.

Lack of privacy as the bath had no latches and also, were very compact. The balcony/terrance is covered all around but for the lack of roof, which basically means you have no view around you.

A big part of our good rating is credit to Ms. Euginea, the hostess, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and was very helpful. The property is located close to the main sight-seeing places in Madrid, closer to Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. Access to various places is easy and there are nice restaurants, flamenco tablas at a walking distance.

Being a beautiful old house, which has been converted into guest apartments it is not exactly quiet, but it does not bother me as I love this type of property and the location with all the fabulous restaurants nearby.

I have been met by staff to hand me the key, who were very friendly and helpful with all questions. As I have stayed there before I knew what to expect. The location is brilliant with great restaurants and bars in the are. Also close to museums and galleries.

the view was nothing special, two windows looking the opposite building's windows in a realy close distance (affects the privacy), that also affected the natural lighting of the room, room was also lacking some basic amenities ex. water boiler, the sleeping pillows not in the typical form, took us a while to get used to them,

fairly good location, just in the centro of Madrid, we used to take a walk for almost every attraction-amusement, the building is beautiful with a classic vintage taste of old Madrid, it is renovated with respect to it's history and in a high architectural view, the room was perfectly heated, we visited Madrid in the heart of winter season and that really helped a lot,

Absolutely no sound isolation. We could hear neighbours brush their hair in their bathroom. The cleanliness of the kitchenette could be better. The kitchen towels looked used

Shower in bedroom leaked horribly. Staff provided extra towels but no fix. Heat was on very high and didn’t seem to matter that we turned off all radiators in our unit. Street outside is loud.

Not as clean and "fresh" as it looked in the photos, but it was very adequate. The bedroom was nice. Kitchen lacked in amenities, but was OK. No kettle, no coffee/tea, or even a wine cork. But location was fine. Pull out soda wasn't great, according to my kids.

location is very good close to tourist spots maximum of 10-15 mins walk to major attractions. metro station is only 5 mins walk away. very cool food and drinks places just 1 min walk away along with supermarket which is next to the hotel.
