NOT secure at all. Anyone can walk in the front door, and the door to your bedroom doesn’t automatically lock! Meaning if you have roommates who forget to lock the door, ANYONE could just walk into your space. A random man came into my all female room TWICE during my stay. Would not ever come back here.

The bed's weren't comfortable,the room hasn't enough locker's,6 for 8beds!!!! The covers weren't clean...the room size is very small for 8 guests and beds,

I really liked the personnel, everyone was really friendly & helping, and they even upgraded my room without charging me for it, for which I am super grateful. Overall the location was great, close to underground, the rooms were clean, and it is very good for its price.

The room wasn't very clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn't very clean either. The water wasn't hot enough. The kitchen was a total mess everything sticky.

The location was great, few meters away from the Royal palace.

This place literally sucks! There is absolutely no security in the building and the front doors are open 24hrs. Also my camera was stolen in the hostel. DON'T GO THERE!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!

Anything, the receptionist was saying it wasn't his fault. He was waiting but actually and nobody wasnt picking up the phone calls to make sure the check in. I finally had to sleep in the bus station... And i haven't received any refund, i just received the blame on me because i didn't show up and just to get 22 euros more in their account i guess.

I worked for 18 months in a hostel and i know how this thing works. I couldn't go in the place because reception wasn't picking up my calls to make sure i wanted check in

The beds had stains, sheets didn’t felt very clean although they were washed. The whole place needs a renovation. Lockers in the rooms were very uncomfortable to use because they were below the bed in a big metal box and it was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but not all fossits worked. Wifi was fast but there were only 2 power sockets in a 4 bed room. It smelled of cewer from outside into the room. Receptionists barely spoke English but were friendly.

the room was not easy easy accessible because of the door lock. All lockers in the room looked like they have been opened to steal... stains on the wall, no daylight. Supposedly that room had view on the garden, but only light holes. Internet not always working

Pretty much everything but the location. The whole place felt grim and grimy, claustrophobic, gritty and unclean. I didn't sleep very well, because when people came and went in the night (which was a lot) they had to put their own sheets on and the beds were the creakiest and loudest I've ever known. It's also not a great place to hang out or work because the only place where the WiFi works is in the foyer where there's pop music blasting out all day - the only other place to sit is deep in the tasteless basement kitchen area where the WiFi doesn't work and it reeks of cigarettes. Also, as mentioned elsewhere the showers (for men at least) are quite exposed with nowhere to leave your stuff, unless (again) you use a basement bathroom where the shower was cold and dingy. I don't like to rant because the staff all seem really nice and hardworking but the interior design, management of guests and facilities need to improve to make the most of the superb location and make it a place you'd actually want to meet people, not somewhere you can't wait to escape.

The location is even better than expected, so near the cathedral and palace on one side, the park right next to it, and then the Plaza Mayor and so many other charms just down the road.

The manager was rude, not helpful and dismissive. I had an item stolen and was able to see the spot, clearly on camera, yet he refused to watch the footage. It made my day have an awful start and I no longer have something important to ne just because the footage was not checked. So it seems if something gets stolen, you will not get it back!!

Room is basically a cheap dorm. I crashed in for one night wouldn't have stayed for more. Floor is sticky. Door would not close. Furniture is barely standing. No windows and the stench in the room... Looked way better in the pictures.

Check in anytime. Friendly stuff although they did not really speak english. There were lockers in the room. Sharwd showers and bathroom is clean.

AVOID! Me and my friend booked a PRIVATE ROOM for us two for a few nights. We went out one night and came back to our room looking a little different, but ignored and went to bed. The following morning, we went to breakfast and saw that our cash in our wallets were missing, on both persons. We immediately went back to the hostel to find our private, LOCKED room with doors closed that were left open (to the private bathroom) that were not, and things not as we left them an hour before. we immediately checked all our belongings to find 350€ stolen in total from us. We packed up our things as this is not a safe space to stay clearly-they go into your room while you are gone and take your things(: We confronted the workers and they brushed it off as “that wouldn’t happen, you got pick pocketed” or attempted to blame the “cleaner” (but our beds weren’t made and the towels were not replaced so what cleaner???) and acted as if we were stupid to accuse them (they were the only ones with extra keys to our locked room?) The problem is-the things that were stolen were left in a hidden secure space in our private room when we went out. Absolutely never again. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, literally robbing guests who stay there. Terrifying experience never again avoid this place!!
