Our room looked out on the facade of the Museo Nacional de Cerámica, wow, what a view! Also excellent location.

Bar closed early when it would have been nice to come back after dinner for a nightcap. No iron in the bedroom although they did offer a very reasonable laundry service which isn’t always convenient. Tea and coffee making facilities would be an advantage.

The Staff gave us inaccurate info, which was annoying. It was a big Holiday on our check-out day; We asked explicitly if there would be any problem for a Taxi to enter the centre. They told us there was not, so we sit for a drink and relax. But 5 Minutes before our departure they called us and said, the taxi could indeed NOT enter the centre, and we have to walk 5 or 6 Blocks (with our luggage!) in order to get a Taxi. That was extremely annoying! For the price we paid, we expect the staff to be informed and give us accurate information !!

Location in the centre, close to all touristic sights was very convenient.

The room I was given had a very nice bathroom, and was nicely decorated, but overall was very small and had no light.

The location is probably the best in town, close to everything that matters in the old town, and facing one of the nicest building in Europe.

Superior room did not have robe, slippers, iron as detailed on booking.com. Double room was a twin - beds pushed together with separate bedding rather than ziplock. No coffee facilities in room. It was at the time of la fallas festival, but £1049 for three nights excluding breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Fabulous location. Smooth check in with friendly/professional reception staff. Good breakfast options.

A weird mirror partially behind the bed, the towel hangers and a mirror in the bathroom were barely hanging on the wall. This really could have been fixed in an otherwise nice hotel.

The location in the heart of Valencia was great, the room itself was good, was clean, the staff spoke english and was very friendly.

The superior double room did not have iron, slippers, or robes as stated on booking.com No tea or coffee or tissues in bedrooms. Would have been nice to get a complimentary bottle of water daily instead of just on arrival. No fans in batheoom² Restaurant closed Mon night. Visited Tuesday night but was informed it opens at 7.30pm, so waited until 7.45pm, was then told they were not ready and that they only had 2 main courses available. So decided to eat out. A shame as they hotel was busy and during our 3 night stay we saw no one eating there at night. We would have done so.

Excellent location for the old town. Lovely looking hotel. Smart decor. Simple rooms with comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Mattress was very firm but we slept well. Would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with bathrobes and flannels.

The only thing I didn't like is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. That is actually really important to us.

The beds were very comfortable indeed, the staff were very pleasant and the whole look of the place was beautiful.

The rooms have been upgraded in the last few years. Very few places to put items down in the bathroom and the bedroom. Tiny desk and a small area at the side of the basin. No grab rail in the showers.

Location always a bonus, we have stayed here four times before. A shame the separate Bar has beeb closed.

The bathroom was rather disappointing. To small and some smaller irritating things. The toilet was right behind the door, so you could not open the door fully, there was a small metallic door stopper on the floor preventing the door hitting the toilette. I hit this door stopper several times with my feet. There was no hanger for the wet towels.

Very friendly staff just all around great service.
