No hooks in room to hang things Poor tea selection in room Too many sunbeds crammed together! Room phone not working for reception etc Road up outside so had to drag suitcase into hotel on unmade road. Also cut my toe on sharp metal barrier sticking out. Not enough safe crossing places along the busy road!!

Hotel is lovely. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from building and road works. Reception/breakfast staff need to be a bit more pleasant or helpful.

Unfortunately, there is quite a lot of building work going on in the area which was sometimes noisy. Also, our room looked out on to the road at the back of the hotel and there was some noise in the early hours of the morning from night clubs nearby.

Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable with lovely pillows. Bathroom very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar available. The hotel was also spotless and the gym had lots of equipment to use, all in good working order. Pool area was pleasant and well maintained. Location was ok for what we needed as we walk everywhere.

Our family room was very basic hardly any furniture, the mini bar was expensive including the water, there wasn’t much of a choice of food around the pool and in the main restaurant and it was a long wait for drinks at the pool bar. There was a lack of sun beds and it seemed people were reserving them with a towel but not turning up for a long time.

The hotel was clean and airy and well laid out, the marina views were great and you could walk into the city in about 15 mins along the waters edge.

Great location but ashame about all the building work going on outside the hotel. Noisy and dusty. Will be great when finished but did affect our stay a little.

I certainly understand that it wasn’t the hotels fault but there were a few groups of people celebrating ‘Hen’ parties. All lovely people and out having fun but it meant there was coming and going through the night that woke me.

There is lots of building work going on in-front of the property where they are digging up 4k of road/pavement along the main street so it can be a bit noisy and you need to be careful crossing over the road onto the marina side. It will be great once finished. Minor point, it didn't bother me but at breakfast you have to get your own hot drinks and walk them back to your table so just be aware of where you sit in the restaurant area so you are near to the drinks station

Breakfast good, lots of options for all, from cakes & pastries, continental, lots of different breads and traditional cooked breakfast. Loads of fruits, juices and cava :-) Also, alternative milk options. Hotel bar good and staff great. Lovely wine and cocktails Only used the gym once but it had enough equipment for a decent workout. Location great, 1 mile walk to the old town/cathedral. The Santa Catalina district sits behind the hotel and towards the direction of the old town and is great for decent coffees/take out and lots of tapas and brunch restaurants plus small food market which was great to look around

Unfortunately due to very uncivilised people we didn’t sleep much ! Drunk people running and slamming door in the corridor, also smoking !

Location is fantastic. Hotel has been modernised and public areas are nice and open and comfortable. Rooms are a little small, and some of the refurb has been done with a budget focus and not quality

Construction all around hotel. Its no possible to get to the hotel be taxi! You have to walk about 200 mitters because of construction work around hotel!

The staff, the level and the decor and facilities

Very noisy from clubs below the hotel until 6.30am. Noise from construction work during the day spoilt the atmosphere from the fifth floor sea view room.

We asked for twin beds but got a double I would have expected 2 separate beds with separate duvets.

Our room had a bathroom with a glass wall to the bedroom. The curtain didn’t provide complete privacy. I think it wouldn’t be a problem for a couple but we were a group of friends.

The decor was nice, the location was great and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was facing away from the marina which wasn't a problem but at night it was very noisy from the surrounding bars and people in the street.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was just the right size and very clean. The staff were friendly and very welcoming . It was my birthday while there and the hotel left a bottle of fizz and a card in our room when we were out for the day. It was a lovely gesture which made my day
