The children's room was out of service, and children under 5 years old are not allowed in the indoor pool at the SPA.

Excellent hotel in a secluded location, with a vast and well-maintained green area. There are many spots where you can find solitude and enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, sea, and the city at night.

The lady who cleaned our room left the coffe used by us in the morning cups and all other related utensiles dirty. Aditional and it relates to every hotel; mattresz sheets should be springed at tge corners so they don't come out when you pull your cover

The queue for breakfast was crazy unless you got there when it opened. We wished there were better lunch options on site.

We loved so much about this hotel. It had lovely swimming pools, decor around the site was stunning. We loved the couple of restaurants that were there, especially the Italian one. We loved the Rituals products in the bathroom. We enjoyed having two bathrooms in our room.

It stated in the right up the rooms were sound proof but they weren’t. The room above people dragged furniture about, we could hear them talking and walking about.

I think they were understaffed .. tables were left with empty plates meaning you had to clear them yourself if you wanted anything else to eat. I have stayed at numerous hotels with upgrades for separate lounges for drinks and nibbles but this was probably the worst; the food available in the Level lounge needs reviewing as it’s fairly non existent

The concierge staff greeting you on arrival and helping you with bags were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, hotel room was perfect (family of 5) hotel location was amazing, this hotel is perfect for families and so much to do for children! We will certainly be staying again next year!

Was surprised to see young children/babies allowed in the exclusive pool only for level guests. Thought it would be a nice quite pool. Only stayed one night so was ok but I don't think I would be happy to see them in the pool (with pool kids toys) if I was staying the week.

Lovely choice for breakfast...plenty of healthy options too.

we were there in a low season, so only 1 restaurant was opened and the food was OK. The spa area was under maintenance, so we did not get to experience it unfortunately, but we will come back for sure and check in advance if it is opened.

Amazing reception and friendliness of staff (Oscar and Ana) - outstanding! Perfect location to play golf. Big beautiful room with a terrace. Great breakfast.

I wish the sauna had been more available (not only with a pre-booking and from 10am) and was offered for free to hotel guests.

the staff were nice and helpful, the beds were very comfortable. We had a really large terrace with a great view of the golf course and mountains. I was impressed with the fresh fruit and the quality of the breakfast!

first couple of days the staff were not too helpful probably because it does cater for a lot of Spanish , but after that initial period they were a lot better and very kind
