The bathrooms could be cleaner and maybe a little maintenance. A laundry will be nice.

Beds are comfortable. The autobus is just around the corner. Nice terrace. Quiet neighborhood.

Terrace closes at 12. Terrible location, far from the city but also at the top of a mountain that you have to constantly climb up and down to go anywhere. Showers are gross.

Terrace was super nice. Rooms were comfy, with nice beds and curtains.

I had a reserved room with a private bathroom (I paid extra for it). But upon arrival I was put in a room without a bathroom; at the reception they said that it was better for me. I’m still wondering how money spent is better for me!? 🤔 The place was on a bunk bed. To get up there you need a handle. It's broken off.😬

I feel they didn't handle the power problem very well, they locked the kitchen so no one could get in, I insisted (to get a cold drink out of the fridge, and put a new one in), and found the power was working in there, yet the next morning it was still locked. It's quite far from the city, but the prices for public transport are not bad, I got a 1 month (t_usual I think it was called) card that covered buses, metro, and trams for €20 zone one, it covered a huge area.

Friendly, helpful staff. The day I left they had to turn off the power, so no elevator; the cleaner man came and helped me carry my trolley down the stairs. Good kitchen. Air conditioning (though they leaked a lot of water). Loved having the individual curtains on each bed. Power and light for each bed Loved the view from my rooms balcony.

The staff need to learn extra attention with the guests. Poor communication skills. On 18 July 2023, I witnessed a guest and receptionist exchange heavy words in the lobby. Both threaten each other to call the police.

There were a few other people staying at the hostel who made us feel uncomfortable. The fridge in the kitchen was packed full of peoples old food and needed to be cleaned out. The location was not great - it took a long time to get to the main sites in Barcelona - it felt on the outskirts.

The beds in the dorms had privacy curtains and were pretty comfortable.

Costumer profile was a bit different. And It is far from city town.

The curtain was helpful for privacy. There were outlet and lighting in the bed cabinet. Okay for value.

Rooftop apartment with exclusive elevator access has the perfect view to the hills. The rooms size is reasonable. Also it's cool that nobody sees your windows.

There was only one washroom and even of that washroom the door knob was broken. Other bathrooms didn’t have a hanger to hang or keep your clothes. When I entered the room, it was little bit smelly and the blanket wasn’t good. Even though smoking isn’t allowed, late night I smelled someone smoking in the dormitory.

The washroom has a blow dryer. The staff was nice.

The cleaning could definitely be better, the kitchen is terrible and the position is really far from beach/center (it's well served by metro L4 but there are still 40 minutes of traveling)

the showers were a bit frustrating to use especially because the door to the washroom does not lock, and the showers get the floor wet everywhere. my friend and I are both very simple travellers and don’t look at the downsides of our stays especially considering the amount we paid. saying this, the washrooms were dirty most of the time and the doors would not lock.

despite the location being a bit far from the city center, the view from this hill was breathtaking and you get to explore the outskirts of Barcelona. there is a supermarket, cafe and farmacy close by which is super convenient. we loved the terrace to just chill at night!

Not very clean you could see stains all over the place, the window didn't close properly making the night really cold.

Able to rent a private room that way we didn't have any problems.

When I checked in, I was given a dirty and smelling room. I had to complain before it was changed. The facilties are not the best of their kind but that's why the price is lower than other hotels around. Kudos to the lady in the reception, aside her some staffs were rude. On the brighter side, their free Wi-Fi is great and fast.

The location is perfect for night view of some interesting sites. Due to the elevated position of the hostel, you could see Tibidabo in the night sky.
