Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe shower. Oh my days. Mordor to Arctic in seconds!! Any time of day. Some areas a bit scruffy, but I'm not actually complaining as it's generally really really good for what you pay. Some utter morons smoking weed around the pool and on their balconies. They had children with them, but the fact that they were doing it around other people's children? No. Just no. Not acceptable. Need to have a word with themselves. The staff were slow to react and they'd finished their jont by the time they came to investigate and the hallways STANK of it. Staff could have done more to help. The entertainment for kids was the same every night, but they all seemed to love it which was nice to see, but the adult entertainment was bingo or a film quiz which was funny if you've had a few, but some music or something wouldn't go amiss. The entertainment team rehearsed on stage during the day and the stage is next to the pool. So the same song on repeat for several hours on the PA system gets to you after a bit. The beds were hard. Really hard. The loungers had more bounce. Came home achy from it.
The drinks, albeit locally produced were good quality The food, despite having a small range of options I.e. 1 grilled meat, 1 grilled fish, 1 grilled vegetable option along with chips (every meal), potato dish such as baked, wedges etc and a few sides along with lots of salad and bread. It was all very well cooked to a high standard and plenty of flavour. I picked up the leg of a chicken portion and the bone fell away. Very tender, lots of flavour and beautifully cooked. They had fresh fruit and a few desserts at each meal too including some very flavoursome chocolate mousse! The pool was clean and plenty of loungers, but pool a bit cold due to time of year. They give you a voucher for a cup at the start and you hold onto it. They wash it for you between drinks. You can buy more for 1€ each. At the poolside there's a self serve ice cream machine, but it's more like a sorbet and didn't have much flavour, or they have small tubs of ice cream in a chest freezer that you can help yourself to at any time. You can see they've renovated some areas such as the toilets around the complex and they're kept very clean and tidy. Room was a decent size with a small balcony and epic views. The lighting in the room was great and had two good sized mirrors, which when you're doing hair and makeup is a godsend as hotel rooms tend to be useless at this, but they nailed it here.

LithuaniaIt was weird that to borrow an iron you need to pay 6€/day. Also 2€ per game price for pool was also a bit annoying. You can hear everything from other rooms. Pretty bad sound isolation.
Pretty good location for those, who wants to easily reach the sea and beach. About 10 minutes of walk to beautiful viewpoint and beach. We loved all inclusive package - different kinds of food, snacks. Attractive evening program, events. Good ammount of sunbeds at the pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the dining room personel. Big thumbs up to your kitchen staff member from Senegal (not sure about the name, but works here like ~20years, if i'm not mistaken). This man deserves a medal. Hardworking, focused, but at the same time spreads good atmosphere. We loved his communication, funny and friendly short talks. Our first thing to do when we enter for breakfast - search if this guy works today. Big thanks to all HSM staff of course. We felt welcome. Our little stay here was brilliant! Would surely come back again :)

RomaniaThe rooms look better in the pictures than in reality. It was cold at night and we were told the heating is not working because it is a buget hotel and they turned the heating off. Overall it was ok for the money we’ve paid (under 500£). I wouldn’t pay more for a week there.

IrelandWell food was ok The only thing that I didn't like it it was when I left my son in the room cause he wasn't well and I left note on the door handle "do not disturb " just to make sure he can sleep and rest but accommodation staff went in saying they won't be able to clean later
What comes to my head first it is a staff really really nice and friendly people from the start which is reception very helpful Animation staff 👌 especially David (he knows what he's doing nice friendly with experience he knows how to deal with adults and kids to make sure everyone can enjoy their time sometimes you can see people that it's just a job for them for him it's totally different same as George "Georgy" (Bulgarian guy) so big 👏👏👏 for them

United KingdomThe food got a bit samey, the kids didn't have much choice, but I understand they are hard to please. Pizza and nuggets is a staple for British kids The wasps at the kids splash park were plentiful, but they never actually sting, more of a nuisance. I didn't dislike anything, this place is worth the money and exceeded my expectations
Having read the reviews before going we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The pool was lovely, the rooms were clean and adequate , staff seemed very happy, the ambience of whole place was good. The bus stop was outside making exploring easy, the beach was beautiful and only a short walk, even shorter when we found the other path back, although that wouldn't be suitable for buggies. The beaches a short bus ride away were bigger and just as lovely. The entertainment was pleasant enough, bingo was fun Kids camp offered fun things every day, and the staff were enthusiastic and fun, it obviously depends what your kids are into though and can get hot.

United KingdomI would add an additional bus to the beach as the beach is not close enough for a daily walk with kids when it is hot. And sometimes, it took about 30 min to wait for a transfer with long queues which are not managed properly. Alternatively, some people used taxis. Also, the restaurant is quite busy, the staff works very hard but there are many guests. The area can probably be extended if that's possible. However, you will always find a table.
The hotel is very nice and clean. We spent 12 days there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Miguel at reception and the bus driver (Kiko if I remember the name correctly). The room was nice and clean. The conditioning worked well. Eve show ends at 11 pm but if you close the door it's not that noisy. The food was very good, fish every day, a lot of fruit. The sea is wonderful and it was very warm.

Excellent value for money, great for kids. Good mixture of people. Spanish, Irish, British, Dutch, Italian, Polish etc... Rooms are basic, but excellent air conditioning. Reasonable food, all inclusive beer is Estrella Dam. Hotel is safe.

SlovakiaI did not like that it was noisy because of the people and animation program that started really late (mini disco around 9 pm and main program for adults after 10 pm). We had to change our room because it was impossible to sleep until the program was over around midnight. The second room was quiet but our neighbours were not - screeming and shouting at 2 am, I really do not understand this behaviour. The capacity of the restaurant did not seem to me sufficient for the amount of guests. It is a hotel for families with small kids so be prepared :D The hotel was not far from a small beach which was full of grass at the time of our visit. It is a pity that it is not cleaned.
I liked the food and drinks within the all inclusive program. The meals were delicious and there was a good selection all the time. I liked the spanish concept of not using single use plastics for drinks. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, the staff in the restaurant and bars worked really hard. I liked that we could borrow minigolf sticks for a deposit of 20€.

SerbiaThere are a few things that are not, big complaints, but not having soap and shampoo in the rooms? This was perhaps the first time we experienced this in a hotel on a trip that was not an apartment-type hotel. Also, if an all-inclusive service is already offered, according to us, is it a standard that you can rent towels for the beach and the pool with a deposit? That's perhaps a recommendation for improvement... Also, the playground for children around the hotel needs to be renovated at least a little, they seem really worn out.
The hotel is located in an excellent location. Our side had a view of the sea and olive groves. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. The advantage is that there are no other hotels nearby, so it is quiet and peaceful. In essence, a warm recommendation if you are going with small children. As for the food, everything was as it should be. We spent many summers in Spain, so this is a classic 3-star hotel. Friendly staff. They were always really kind and helpful for anything needed. As for cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are also changed daily. Also, the hotel as a hotel it was very clean, everything always smelled, the toilets around the pool are very clean, which is commendable. We can certainly recommend this hotel in the category of 3-star hotels :)

United KingdomPoolside toilets should be mopped more often as no drainage so have standing water and can be very slippy.
All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful - entertainment staff were great fun. Food available was really good, far exceeded our expectations. Something different each night. I dont eat meat but there was always a couple of different fish / vegetarian dishes, as well as the extensive salad bar to choose from. All inclusive drinks were great quality, beer on tap (Estrella) very good. Didnt find the single cup thing an issue at all, can easily refil your own bottle / cup from self service soft drinks/water. Childrens pool area great for younger kids and older kids - we had a total of 6 children in our party from 12 to 2 and they all enjoyed it. We loved the poolside entertainment for both the adults and kids alike. Would thoroughly recommend, think its great value for money
