The half board credit system really needs improvement. Upon arrival nobody explained to us how it worked and we had to ask for clarification multiple times. You basically start with a certain amount of credit and get to spend it however you want at the restaurant or bar. Another downside is that you cannot see your credit directly and have to ask the reception. We were told an erroneous amount on the last day which led us to pay extra so pay attention to keeping track of your credit. Lastly you need a 20€/£ cash deposit for each pool towel which is quite inconvenient.

Beautiful and new facilities, it felt really peaceful and was rather quiet during the time we were there. Room was spacious and clean, as well as the pool area. Breakfast was great as well. The restaurant had very decent prices. Staff was very arranging and friendly.

Could not fault it, close to the beach and the old town, no issues.

Well developed, pools and bar for adults away from facilities for young families. Rooms well appointed, staff extremely helpful at all times.

A bit weird was the fact that the shower and the toilet are more like walk-in closets with glass door inside the bedroom (not a decent separate room for that). For a family it is ok, but not perfect.

Amazing breakfast with high quality food and very nice staff. The pool area was lovely as well. One of the pools was heated so we enjoyed that one, while the others were too cold (but probably it was due to the windy weather and +20 degrees outside). We had half board, and the a la carte dinner at both restaurants was very nice. The location is a bit off the Playa Blanca centre, but takes only 12min walking to get to the promenade with all the restaurants and stores, so it’s super convenient. Hope to come back again!

The hotel was just 10-15mins walk to the the centres , they have a spa , and swimming pool which I really enjoyed. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I would like to say mainly big thank you to Pablo the gentleman working at the reception area.

This is a fabulous hotel. Our suite was fabulous and all facilities were great. Lovely swimming pools and great bars/ food. Staff were all lovely and did a great job. Good location for the beach, marina and town.

We got the room with private pool but unfortunately the view at the pool was for an empty field. It could have been nicer. :)

It was perfect to have a relaxed zone separate from the family zone. The facilities were very good, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was varied. The staff was super helpful and fun! There were dinner options for all budgets.

Breakfast wasn’t very warm, so by the time you sat down to eat it was cold. Also there was supposed to be a lunch option in the restaurant but it was never available. WiFi wasn’t great in our room.

Location was great, and staff were really friendly. We got a free room upgrade which was perfect for us. Pool area was really nice and good to have a pool bar.

The only negative point were that the walls between the rooms were very thin, we could hear everything that our neighbours were doing. When they turned on the showers, tv etc.

Hotel was really good. Location very good also, within walking distance to the promenade, no car needed if staying in Playa Blanca. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options, including vegan. Bar was good and fair price.
