We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel’s location is its strength, as is at the forefront of the old town and offers spectacular views to the cathedral and mountains. The location close to downtown is hard to beat. The hotel provides a parking at the premises which was very helpfull. The hotel, being a NH deliver up to the brand. Is a "correct" hotel, where you know what to expect and do not fail to deliver. The breakfast was very good.

United KingdomThe conditions we were presented at check in for having our dog were very onerous. I dread to think what would have happened if another guest had objected to or complained about our dog. The hotel whilst accepting pets, do not cater for them at all in the communal areas. As a consequence we had to go elsewhere to spend our money on drinks and food. Didn't have breakfast because our dog wasn't allowed in any part of that area.
The location was excellent for the old town and opposite a lovely park. Our small dog loved the walk through the park to the old town of Vitoria. Was hoping to use the hotel car park but when we arrived it was fully occupied, but we were directed to a perfectly good underground car park which was a short walk from the hotel. There was a drop off right outside the hotel, which was welcomed.
