You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicThe only issue was the noise. The room was quite well soundproofed, but as the hotel is on a busy crossing with lots of traffic and people, I could still hear some noise at night.
My room was very large and nicely furnished, with a balcony and a view of the square in front of the hotel. Good wifi and nice breakfast. Kettle and coffee maker in the room. The hotel staff was efficient and kind.

PortugalThe best i could make, an excelent hotel very near from the main attrations, also the mini train that makes the round trip (get in- get out) in the city has a stop almost in front of the hotel, which is very convinient when you plan to visit Alhambra.
