Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have been helpful to know when to expect the hotel shuttle bus at the airport. We worried if we should call the hotel but when the bus arrived it was very good.

This was a great solution to the fact that my flight landed really late and I wanted to head to Toledo the next day. The breakfast was good and the staff in the dining room were really efficient about filling up items and clearing tables. There was a shuttle bus, but I had to wait at least 40 minutes for it and about the same amount of time the next morning to go back to the airport and take the express bus to Atocha Station in Madrid to catch a train to Toledo and this seemed a long time compared to other airport hotels in other places. In addition, when trying to get information on how to get to Atocha Station, I got 3 different sets of information from 3 different members of staff on the front desk, which isn't really ideal.

We had no plans to use it but the pool was green and closed for use. The exterior of the building could definitely use some care. When we arrive we were concerned that we had made a mistake in choosing this location.
This is an airport hotel. The outside is not the greatest but the lobby and the rooms themselves are very clean. We stayed here the evening before our morning flight to go home. The beds were comfortable and all the typical amenities were provided. They also have a very easy to use shuttle to the airport.

Room was quite small. The room looked onto the ring road and as a light sleeper I could here it in the background. . The fridge was also noisy
Great location near airport with free shuttle. Clean, modern bedrooms and shower rooms. Good varied breakfast with lots of fresh cut fruit, hams, pastries and cheeses, tortilla etc. The restaurant was also pretty reasonable. We had great huevos rotos and tallerines with prawns, mushrooms snd asparagus.

Pool was closed and my 7yr old had been really looking forward to that but explanation by staff was understandable and didn't really affect our stay negatively. However, what did annoy us and have a bit of a negative effect on our stay was the fact that I'd specifically asked for a large double bed but instead got two single beds pushed together which was fairly uncomfortable. My 7yr old son was unhappy with this as he's accustomed sleeping with his Dad. I didn't want to make a fuss but I do think that providers need to be mindful of this in future as double beds are requested for a reason.
Generally mostly everything was fine and met expectations.

Basic hotel with airport shuttle so it was exactly what I expected it to be. Nothing special but no complains either. There were very fine with my dog and the shuttle was punctual though drove very fast and it was bit scary.

It would have been nicer if there was a microwave or coffee maker in the room.
I stayed at this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. It was close to the airport and they have a free shuttle service which starts at 5AM. It is a very modern hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Room Size
Very conveniently located near the airport and the free airport shuttle service to and fro was an added advantage. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early as we really looked tired ;). Breakfast had a nice spread !!!
