The rooms are basic. The bed was not so comfortable, there were two matresses put together to make a big one so we had a slit in the middle. Also the sheets could be nicer quality, they felt cheep.

The Location is very good and the fact that they have a 24h reception was excelent as we arrived at midnight. Toiletries like soap and shampoo were very nice.

We stayed in a standard room. The white furniture was chipped in places. No tea & coffee making facilities in these rooms. A mirror above the desk would have been useful. The bar has only 3 small tables and lacks atmosphere . A large 4* Hotel should have a better bar area.

The Hotel is in an excellent location for the City of Arts and Sciences. You can also reach the town centre with a very pleasant 20 minute walk through the park Jardin del Turia. Breakfast was very good offering a lot of variety both continental and cooked. The bathroom was very clean and well decorated and there was plenty of good quality toiletries supplied. The Hotel has its own underground parking. It is a little tight but we have a large car & managed ok. The reception staff were friendly and helpful .

The pool is not heated. We paid 197 euro/night for a standard room without breakfast. No towels, slippers or bathrobe for the pool. More like a 3* than a 4* in terms of room size and facilities.

Close to the main attractions, indoor pool. Baby cot was provided alongside a cute baby hygiene kit.

The staff wasn't the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel, but they were still helpful, ok overall but you would expect a bit more from such hotel. The swimming pool was a bit small compared to our expectations and this was a bit of an overkill. Overall we think that the hotel is a bit on the expensive side for what they offer.

The location is perfect, right in front of both a bus stop that easily connects with the city center and the metro to/from the airport and a bike rental shop. The hotel is literally 100 meters away from la Ciudad de las artes en las ciencias, and the neighbourhood is very safe and clean. The room was up to our expectations and it was absolutely clean and comfortable. The extra service bookable from an app/website were also amazing and fast.

Bathroom equipment damaged does not reflecting the quality level I was expecting for such a type of business hotel. Also the English level & willingness of hotel staff any brilliant. Mini bar items no prices, no related explanations atec.

Location, room organisation, accessibility & cleaning service. Love the fast check in system using a laptops & auto filling in. Hotel enter & lobby organisation quite nice & functional

To be expected, it was pretty expensive, but during the festivities that's no surprise.

The staff are really nice, and the room and wifi excellent. Nice towels and bath robe, complementary tea and coffee. We stayed here during the Fallas, it was a great base, good for the night time firework displays, and is good for the nearby museums. Plenty of places to eat nearby and well served by good public transport.

The noise on the roadside of the hotel was terrible . They need to invest in new windows as you could here everything outside . Pharmacy across the road so I bought earplugs to sleep .

Lifts and some common areas in need of a bit of smartening up - but that's being a but picky!

Great location if you don't want city centre/old town - lots going on around in newly developed area close to the Turia River, Palace of Arts and Sciences and the Hemisphere. Good transport links to Old Town (bus/new metro line 10). Rooms nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great views from our (upgraded) 11th floor room.

By our opinion - location its veery good. it's near the green zone and parks. some nice restaurants could be found in 2-3 minutes of walk. Convenient parking in the hotel underground. Really good breakfast.

Overall design, but afterall is a corporate hotel. Sauna and the gym is not like a real one, lets say its okish. The pool is small.

Everything is nice. Good breakfast, clean rooms, maybe they need to be renovated but is just my opinion. Staff is nice. Location is good. I liked that they are allowing dogs but thats a thing in Spain.

There was no coffee machine or tea kettle in my room 1006, even though it was expected. The entrance of the hotel was quite unwelcoming, more like a garage entrance. The sauna was nonfunctional, and the pool water could have been warmer.

It was great to have he swimming pool there and the location was OK.

There was quite a long waiting on the reception for checking in.

The most pleasant thing about the place - it is really close to the Hemisferic and Oceanografic. The district is good for walking and jogging. Good transport connections with other districts.
