We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was kept spotless and the maids were prompt with making the bed and changing the towels. However, there was thick dust on all of the clear glass lamps. Very poor air circulation in the room. But the staff and amenities made up for this, so I would still highly recommend this hotel.
The staff was absolutely incredible—so friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet, which included a wide selection of food and coffee options.

United States of AmericaWOW - What an upgrade! Wonderful suite, and welcome fruit plate. 50 metres from the Metro, and 50 metres on the plaza from the Airport Bus to T1 or T2. Easy to get anywhere from this central location. Major department store on plaza for shopping. Excellent staff.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that when you turned on the lights in the room all the lights came on, for instance you couldn't just turn on a light in the toilet. I had to use my phone light when I used the bathroom at night.
I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were the most attentive staff I've ever experienced while staying in a hotel. Every interaction with them was positive.

This is the best hotel I stayed in Barcelona! The staff is expert in hospitality, and they always happy to help and go above and beyond to make the guests happy. When we arrived, Guillermo welcomed us, he offered us drinks, offered us a room upgrade and a few minutes latter he called to check that everything was ok, he was super nice and professional and the amazing thing is that all the staff were as amazing and helpful! Sammy offered us to take a bus to the airport and explained what line to take, he didn't try to push us to take a taxi like other hotels do. Before leaving, the offered us drinks again. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is 1 minute walking distance.

United KingdomHeating/air conditioning is set to 20 & always defaults no matter what you put in. I think this is now standard set by the government but it led to one uncomfortable night. Staff were v.responsive when we raised it. Best to just turn it off. The music in the hallways of the hotel comes on about 10am and is a bit too loud if you're relaxing in the room. Other than that, I can't fault the hotel.
Excellent staff. They always had a smile on their face and would be very responsive if you had a problem. Great location and quiet despite being in the heart of Barcelona! Nice bar & the concierge is very generous with complimentary drinks. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well laid out and we had an excellent view of the square.

GermanyWhen you find the perfect hotel, it's not easy to find something you don't like. We found nothing but that this hotel should have been marked with five stars, instead of 4 stars.
It all started with very friendly people everywhere. The doorman, people who carried the luggage and showed us the room. The people who worked at the reception. The room was on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast was very good and it is rare that I manage to sleep 8 hours in one night, but here I managed it. Everything was completed.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Location is excellent, at Plaza Catalonia, really center with a lot of attractions few minutes walk away. Airport Bus stop is close to the hotel and the metro station also.
