Lift down to pool broken , didn’t effect our stay personally but had an impact on others with mobility issues

Was a bit noisy at nights as our apartment was next to the main road and people returning from the bars in the middle of the night were really loud. I understand it’s not property’s fault but we were a bit not lucky.

Spacious modern apartment, very clean, we had everything we needed, nice terrace, great swimming pool, helpful staff.

This is a gem of a place, a home away from home. The staff were great, and the apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The only thing I couldn't find was a chopping board; otherwise, I had a complete kitchen. The pool and bar/cafeteria were also wonderful, and the food was delicious. If you are okay with walking to the beach, it's a great location, which takes about 20 minutes. Taxis are cheap enough. The on-site shop is well-stocked and not overpriced, which is another bonus. I'd return if visiting Los Cristianos. The on-site car park is also a good size.

There was a cockroach in the room. And the location is slightly far from the beaches.

The rooms were nice with two floors. And has good facilities. Accommodated late check in. And had a luggage room for after check out storage and also has common bathrooms and showers and was told can use all the facilities even after check out which was nice. Also close to public transportation.

The lifeguard is very strict about letting children play with a ball in the pool and inflatables are only allowed at certain times of the day ( 3x1 hr slots) Some of the furniture in the apartment was a little tired

Apt cleaned once a week which is fine but very little toilet paper supplied..coloured plastic bags very confusing ..reception staff seem very cross

Spotless..everything in apt one would need..beds very comfortable..a bit of a walk from beach but not a difficult walk..small shop on site..has everything including fresh crusty rolls every day..ice cold drinks and not too expensive.

Everything was perfect besides the price for me but if I want a room that sleeps 4 I think it was excellent for a couple but unfortunately I was alone and enjoyed my space

The staff and the maids were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Great staff all around and spoke very good English because I'm sorry but my Spanish isn't great. Lovely pool and bar of a night with pleasant people and great acts. The only reason I can't give a happy face on the price is because it slept 4 and I went alone. Lovely room and amazing pool. Overall excellent and very clean

lots of steps and as my wife has spinal iissues this was challenging, fortunately there was a lift which helped enormously but as we had a duplex the 17 steps several times a day were challenging.

Everything was clean and first impressions we were delighted, Pool, cafe were perfect, We didnt use the rest of the facilities as we were only there for a short stay, we would definately come back and try the evening entertainment and restaurant on site.

Nice resort up the top of los cristianos. The rooms were clean and functional. Had a nice pool area. Has a restaurant and bar and pool bar. Staff were always friendly.

WiFi didn't always work

Accomdation was very pleasant and had good facilities. Liked the lay out of the accomdation and it was in good condition. We had one maintaince issue which was solved very quickly. Also the air conditioning was very good.

The walls between each apartment are very thin and you can hear the people in next door.

Pool area was outside my door and facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and genuine.

Too many steps for elderly clients.

Facilities were very good, bar well presented and very hospitable staff. Sunday lunch excellent and the singer was superb.

There are dated properties and then there’s properties that need money spending on them to up date. This accommodation did need modernisation.
