Room service each day with fresh towels which was great. Location was superb for Beach and Old Town. Pool area nice and quiet with lovely views of mountain.

No umbrellas at the swimming pool

Honestly cannot fault this hotel one bit. There was a large group of us that stayed here - we were all couples and stayed in a mixture of double rooms and studios and not one of us had a bad thing to say. Rooms are the best quality I’ve stayed in ever in Marbella old town for the price we paid. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast was your standard breakfast with croissants/cereal/bread/fruit/coffee ect and was tasty. Location was excellent! Large Supermarket 1 minute walk, main town and beach 4 minute walk and gym 2 minute walk. Now on to the staff…. I’ve never experienced such nice staff anywhere I have stayed before. Everyone was so helpful from the cleaners, man in the breakfast bar and the receptionists (big shout out to Ruben!!! You were amazing)! I never write reviews but this spot really deserved it! Thanks so much for our making our holiday an enjoyable one!

Parking.

The location is good. I would say value for a money. The only thing hotel didn't have parking. So I had to park the car in public paid parking. I have made a video of this place and uploaded to YouTube channel "MBVD Channel". Video name is "The room at Ona Marbella Inn, Marbella, Spain"

This was our 2nd stay at The Ona Marbella Inn. We love the location of this hotel and how welcoming it always is. We had a lovely room on the 6th floor with a view towards the sea through the buildings, the room was spotless and comfortable with everything you could need in the little kitchen area. The hotel has a pool on the roof which is perfect for cooling down and relaxing. In the morning we had breakfast and all staff we friendly and welcoming. We didn’t need to check out until 12pm on our departure day, and when we did Ruben at reception was extremely helpful in helping us put our bags somewhere safe for later in the day. We were sad to leave, but we will be back!

Great location, nice room with a large balcony, good breakfast served in the cute hotel bar with a garden, swimming pool at the rooftop with a great view, friendly staff.

The room and bed were so big and spacious, very clean. Lovely big terrace with a nice glimpse of the sea. Staff lovely and breakfast an added bonus. Great location, only 5 mins walk to beach and old town.

No kettle for preparing hot drink and only bed sheet is prepared. You need to find out the quilt from wardrobe but no quilt cover is found.

Location is good , just walking about 10 minutes to old town and beaches. Car parking at 15 euro a day which is convenient as the roads there are narrow. Clean room. Many restaurants and a supermarket are nearby.

The room was large with plenty of space. The breakfast was a great way to start the day off. Only a short walk to the Marina.

The only reason why I gave 9 of 10 is because there was no variety for breakfast. Every morning was the same food.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, close to the city center, the room is big with king size bed, very comfortable, everything clean, great terrace. The cleaning ladies came every morning to clean the room. There is also a great swimming pool at the rooftop with amazing views over the city.

At the moment I've cheking in I've asked for highest floor room if it possible. Stuff told me that the hotel is full😄 That wasn't true because if I could book a room through different ways at the moment it's not about to be overbooked😃

I was looking for the hotel which has fair price and working facilitues. In comparison with "marbella village" and others here is more confident and less agressive stuff which meets my expectation. My aims were achieved: - I got to the room - I took a shower - I paid for the room in cash to got some spare change for the morning
