I ended up with a room with disabled toilet which was very frustrating and I couldn’t change the room as the hotel was fully booked. They should warn their customers about this option.

Great hotel concept!!! Bars, a lounge with a fireplace, a garden and a restaurant and Funky music thought. Good buzz in the evening, good crowd too. Service is impeccable. Interiors are stunning, very talented design.

I thought the room was small.

It was a beautiful hotel, and the interior decorator did an amazing job. Staff were very personable. The proper sit-down dinner restaurant was really good quality food. All in all, it was a great experience.

Be aware of the downstairs lobby doors. They don't slide sideways but inwards and have sharp edges. They made cut in my face. Staff was very apologetic and helpful.

There is a great ambiance and comfortable rooms. The bar downstairs is very lively at night. many locations to sit down and enjoy a coffee or a drink. It is quiet street in the middle of the best neighborhood.

The location was great. Very walkable to major points of interest in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from how they greeted us to helping us with small requests. It has a nice rooftop area with a pool.

The hotel is situated in a very conveninet location as well as a lovely area. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. We walked everywhere in Madrid, no need for a taxi. Superb room, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

I feel it’s worth mentioning that rooms in one tower of the building overlook the inner courtyard which doubles as a cafe. There is going to be music and noise from the courtyard until 10PM at night or until the staff turn the music off. It’s not a problem if you don’t sleep before 10PM but if this sort of situation bothers you you have been forewarned. I also think it worth mentioning the staff, while very friendly and helpful, seem few and overworked. The front desk lady had to bring me room toiletries herself after a delay when short staffed. Also the front desk is pretty busy and short staffed. Mostly you will find the front desk person working alone, on the telephone putout fires. Not too unpleasant but I think the hotel could do with more people.

Only YOU location is excellent with good restaurants, grocery shops. It’s within walking distance of the entire historic downtown of Madrid. The building is beautiful although perhaps a bit over designed in charming ways. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. All interactions from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping were pleasant. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The rooms had robes, slippers, water boilers, and a Nespresso machine.

The rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are quite noisy until late in the night. Some of the furniture is old and needs upgrading.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic; safe, trendy and walking distance to all the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. There's a coffee machine in the room, which is always a plus. The overall service was great. There was an issue with the room phone and they couldn't hear me when I called room service. Within a few minutes someone was knocking on my door to check in on me and ask me if I needed anything.

Great place to spend time in Madrid! People there are really nice and they will do your best to make you feel excellent! We even got birthday cake and complimentary drinks on my boyfriend birthday! And they have good quality accessories and you get even a hair straightener as standard :) Breakfast is various and tasty, rooms are spotless, I really recommend this place for spending your vacation - everything is top quality!

Light switches for bathroom were in odd place and could use an extra hook or two in there as well. No USB ports by the bed. If we had to find anything to comment on.
