The Sercotel Hotel Parque is in the heart of old city, surrounded by beautiful park and the ocean across the street. The breakfast room has a magnificent view of the ocean. The room was well decorated, clean and decent size. Recommend for exploring the old city of Las Palmas

The location was great! Very convenient located, close to the central bus station and close to a marina promenade to walk along and do some morning exercise. Awesome!

Breakfast, good value for money, and the hotel facilities were really good. However, my room was a bit small and a not very light. When I arrived, they informed me that was the way single rooms were like.

Some of towels were damaged.The bedding was also a bit odd with 3 different layers, not very typical

A little noisy with traffic as it’s a busy area so it’s not possible to sleep with window/ balcony door open- ear plugs are a good idea. Worth booking breakfast for your stay prior to your arrival if you can as it’s at a very fair price of €10.

Location beside San Telmo Park; opposite the Bus Station and beside a good pedestrianised shopping street that leads to the Old Town. Buses to the beach and port are regular and inexpensive . Number 60 bus to airport takes approx 30 minutes and runs every hour- again inexpensive. Hotel punches above its 3 stars- lovely room; great bathroom; very modern and exceptionally clean;plentiful toiletries and very nice breakfast. Reception Staff had a map upon request and advised re bus/ locations if interest etc.

The beds were not super comfy, but that is a personal taste (I prefer it to be rigid).

The hotel itself is very nice. Staff is attentive and breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is not very close to the center, but there is a bus stop right beside the hotel entrance. The room was clean and with all the needed.

The lighting system in the room is pretty severe and not flexible, the bathroom lighting is extremely strong ,and there is no way to deem it. The decor in the room is extremely cold, with a little warmness , like pictures, plants, or some decorations. Pillows can improve, missing one set.

The location is top excellent.it can't get better.. its walking distance from all attractions, And right next to the main bus station. The breakfast experience is unforgettable on the sixth floor,with stunning wiew. Right under the hotel, there is a great Asian restaurant that is very good and extremely affordable . The shower is excellent, with the best hed shower I had in a hotel.

Absolutely the only annoying feature was that the bed was not fixed to the bed head so every time I sat up in bed, the bed pushed away from the wall and the pillows fell down the back! Everything else was fresh and clean and in working order.

Pleasant hotel very convenient for the Santelmo bus station and within walking distance of the old town.

Light & spacious room, huge comfortable bed, powerful shower. Lovely to sit on the balcony which has a lovely view of the park. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the terrace restaurant has nice view. This hotel is much better than 3 stars ,it puts many 4 stars to shame

The view from the room was not very nice, but it didn't bother us. If possible, ask a room with a view on the beautiful (small) park before the hotel, but that's a little more noice than the backside of the hotel.P

The view from the breakfast-room was very nice: with a view on the harbour of Las Palmas ! Breakfast was very good and the hotel is very near the historical centre of Las Palmas.

Unable to read sitting up in bed, as the bed moved too easily. No bananas the last few days.

The situation was good, with a car park nearby. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.
