More senior staff not friendly, lady on laptop in the morning looked at us like we were not supposed to be there, no hello, no smile.

Location is very good and balconies on good sized rooms. Frint desk staff good and friendly.

Rooms were tired. Balcony had no sun. Our upgraded room was a duplex with stairs just going up to a mezzanine bedroom, the bathroom was downstairs. The decor and furniture was very poor so we asked to be transferred to another room on one floor. The housekeeping each day was always a trial to guess which towels and toiletries would be left or not! No lunch or dinner was available despite having a nice dining and bar area. All purchases had to be paid for immediately no tab facility was available for room. Breakfast was expensive for what was available.

Location was lovely being next to the park and near to the restaurants. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bedroom needed decorating..paint off alot of walls. Cleaner hadn't dusted the bannisters properly upstairs and floors dirty with dust. Balcony ballestrade needs repairing before it falls off onto the street below. No phone in room so had to make two visits to reception for air con remote that worked properly..staff did come up with correct one. For a 4* hotel sadly not good but we have stayed twice purely for cheapness and location. Maybe you put the cheap rates into an inadequate room?? What a shame because we like the rest.

Breakfast; wish I did not pay for it, very very limited options The gym is anchiant, everything that needs power did not work. After asking for help, the next day still nothing worked. The jacuzzi; was a blowup which you could have seen from the pictures, but it was covered and empty during the whole stay.

Seems like the cleaners didnt vaccum the floor because there is still a lot of sand all around the room. . Breakfast is a bit mediocre almost everything is empty. Very limited parking opportunities.

Overall could do with an upgrade with regards to painting outside chairs in balcony area matress on bed just seems a bit dated now but very clean.

They have removed the small refrigerators from the rooms. You can't keep your food/drinks cold anymore but the bar closes around 10:30 and no night receptionist to get you ice or cold drink if you come in later than that. I bought bread, meat, cheese juice, water, and fruit but without refrigerator I had to buy fresh everyday or they go bad. Spain in summer is very hot, so it is almost a must to have a small refrigerator in the rooms. There are other hotels in Guardamar that do not have refrigerators in rooms, but at least they have a person working all night that can serve you cool drink or get ice for what you have in your room.

It didn't look at all like the pictures. Nothing like it. Breakfasts not very good, very limited. Furniture in rooms very old fashioned - felt like the place needed a bit of a decoration.

The hotel was in a very good location - close to beach, restaurants, and bars. Air conditioning was very good. Size of room was very good, comfortable size.

Breakfast was included in our charge however the hotel refused to honour a full breakfast and only offer continental!We weren't really that hungry but the principle of what we paid for was not Honoured!

I booked this hotel after filtering by "wellness" I believe on booking.com, the hotel was said to have a jacuzzi, sauna and massage treatments. Unfortunately these services before were entirely unavailable during my stay and I was told that this was due to them no longer having a member of staff to "man" that area. I feel that until they have employed a full time member of staff that it should be made EXTREMELY clear that it is not in available to those making a reservation. I also think it may be a good idea to tell those that have already made a reservation. I was totally disappointed because I moved to this hotel purely based on it having these services available. Had I known it wasn't available I one hundred percent would've chosen a different hotel for the last 2 nights of my trip to Spain.

I liked the staff, this comment includes the happy cleaners on level 3. All were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I also liked the room, the bed, general cleanliness. Location was great too, not too far from restaurants, near to the beach and parque Sofia.

The bar staff in the evening were great. There was a particular girl who was waiting tables on Friday evening and she was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Dark straight hair and glasses. She was really lovely and very helpful. The two young gentlemen behind reception who checked me in on Friday were really lovely, very polite and especially helpful. The hotel is an older style that is in the process of renovation, although very close to the beach and exceptional value
