The staff was incredible. Leire Helped with everything we needed and gave us many many good recommendations inside San Sebastian and in other cities. The room was comfortable and clean, and the place provided complimentary coffee, tea and water when we arrived which was very nice. The location is a few short minutes of walk from the old city, both very central and quite. There are also nice shops and restaurants on the street of the hotel itself.

I had a bright, spacious room with a comfortable bed, right across from the conference venue of the event I attended. The location is also good for reaching the old town quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee maker and very good little fridge further contributed to my comfort.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pension Kursaal and would recommend it to others. The location is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the room was very comfortable. On booking in we were provided with a very good map and a description of recommended restaurants and places to go which was very helpful. Parking was convenient although it would have been good to know beforehand exactly what the process was for parking (i.e. exactly where). On checking in this was clearly explained. An excellent place to stay. Thank you.

There was no sufficient area to put your luggage (big size), the pillows were not comfortable enough. However, both are not big issues for us, we will be booking Pension Kursaal for our next visit to Donostia;)

Friendly staff, central location, safe parking for low price, Minibar (which is very good if you buy some local stuff they need to be in the fridge to take to home), safe in the room.

The walls are a little thin, but it didn't bother us much.

The hotel and room were perfect for our one-week stay in San Sebastian. The room was comfy and clean, the hotel perfectly situated in trendy Gros, with bars, restaurants and the beach very close by. The old town was a five minute walk away. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, who were always on hand to answer questions and give advice.

Exterior room was noisy from outside activity, but easily overcome by closing windows and using aircon. San Sebastián is expensive, so paid more than usual.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, located near cafes and restaurants in same street, just over bridge from old town, 3 mins to surf beach. Clear instructions on how to access property out of reception hours. Fun to use old lift. Kettle available for free tea/coffee but only until 9pm! Tourist info provided.
