There was some very bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

The Location is very convenient. The room was big and had a wardrobe/tv/heater/fan. Nice staff.

communication was difficult with the receptionist but we don't know Spanish (so mostly our fault!) room wasn't soundproof at all, could hear coughing and tv below. bedding was stained.

It was really basic nothing was special. Hotel staff was kind even I arrived late night.

Other reviews will give you this. The Pension served my purpose, so nothing more to add.

I checked the reviews on this Pension, but I chose to go ahead with the booking because everyone said it is so close to bus/train stations and all essential amenities. Also, easy to get to Gibraltar on the bus. All correct. I will tell you about the positives: all staff extremely helpful and happy and kind. Fluffy, thick white towels, one bath and one hand towel. Spotlessly clean. Bed reasonably comfortable - adequate. Great place for a couple of nights. I arrived well before check in, and was shown to my room immediately. Angela carried my suitcase upstairs I have no hesitation in recommending this Pension. Basic but clean, and great staff.

What next day a leave it.

Everything, EVERYTHING in the property damaged. Bed, table, window, bathroom, toilet. No airflow even with open door and window, and fan makes so bad noise i had to power off. Toilet inside room, it good for people who want pie without come out of bed, but not for me. No parking even for motorcycle.

Some sound from the street if the window was open. Quiet with the window closed though. Also noise from corridor and reception could be heard, but not many guests after my arrival so I slept well. In the reception and the corridor you can smell smoke (I am very sensitive). The room had no smell though.

Very close to the train station - excellent for catching the 6.20 train. Very good value for money, for that price I had expected less. Everything very clean and in good shape.

The design of the room is a bit outdated.

Great location close to the ferry and the train station. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed (including shampoo and soap).

Considering the price, there is nothing to complain about either in terms of standard or other things.

Considering the low price for a room, there is nothing negative to say about the place. When I travel I'm mostly out all day, and then this hotel is good for a night or two. The service was helpful and pleasant. There was no noise in the streets at night, and the place is close to the bus station and not too far from the harbour. I was allowed to store my rucksack at the reception when I had checked out - while I had to spend a few hours arranging the essentials needed before traveling by boat to Ceuta.
