Apartment didn't have a kettle when arrived. Receptionist provided one which stopped working after 5 days. Had to keep asking for a replacement which wasn't provided for another 2 days. Had to boil water on hob which took 1 hour to boil a saucepan. Seating in lounge uncomfortable. Food in restaurant not very good & at best lukewarm. Not able to self cater as only had 2 hobs which never got very hot. No English channels on TV. Nowhere to put toiletries when in the shower. Had to keep the curtains in the bedroom closed at all times as window faced external corridor. Freezer in fridge never kept ice cream properly frozen.

Large, spacious apartment. Good shower. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. Lovely balcony. Near beach & resort. Good pool area. Plenty of cupboard space. Good air con.

Because of the baby we were in the room at the time, housekeeper came, we asked to come an hour later, we even ask at the reception, but our room wasn't clean till the day before we should left. The breakfast was really bad.

The location was prefect, near beach and bus station.

Ice cream could have been available in a pool bar for all inclusive option. Lunch was only an hour from 13.00 to 14.00. It would be nice if was available for 2 hours.

It was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning and the fan that was there was useless, the bed linen was not changed in 8 nights, although due to the conditions in the room they should be changed at least every other day. The cleaning service only changed the towels, threw away the garbage and supplied the toilet paper. (and all that only 2 times). We didn't notice any sweeping or mopping of the floor. We had to go for the towels ourselves. As for some of the cleaners, even the second time when I wanted to ask them for something, they just looked at me and ignored me.

Cleanliness was very poor, "daily room clean up" meant 3 times per our weekly stay. Very small balcony. Loud music in the hotel area till midnight. Food was also not very good (every day e.g. burnt paella).

Great location, big room (but I think we got a different - bigger room that we booked), good parking possibilities nearby. Good prices in the hotel bar.

We were on the base floor and crickets and ants and small lizards entered the room which was very unpleasant. The walls were very thin, making it hard to sleep because of noise. The breakfast experience was not pleasant as plates and cutlery were not clean.

Reception was really helpful, location was perfect, they had some entertainment. A nice pool area and breakfast wasn't great but ok. Overall I would totally return.

The rooms have no air conditioner, breakfast it could be better, every morning is the same type of food. It’s quite pricey for what you get.

No air con, so the rooms were uncomfortably hot, I couldn't sleep all week. The sheets on the bed were scratchy and really aggravated my skin. The food was mediocre and a very random selection. The rooms are nothing like the pictures advertised, they are very basic. We had to change rooms twice due to a problem with the plumbing creating a nauseating fishy smell. The entertainment started at 9.30pm each night with a mini disco for the kids (which was the same songs every night) for half an hour until 10pm, following that there was either karaoke or bingo.

Communal areas were very smart and well decorated. The hotel was clean, including the pools and dining area.

The furniture/ facility is a bit older but we haven't spent too much time in the room during day so it wasn't a big issue for us. No toiletries in bathroom - only few sachets of shampoo.

Good location- quiet street close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Spacious room and nice view from balcony. A bit outdated but comfy. We opted for breakfast included and we're not disappointed - nice buffet- could be more vegetables and fruit there though.

Quite old; you have to pay the key for the safe additionally; terrace door did not have the key to be locked; sometimes you get two towels, sometimes just one (depends on the cleaning lady); breakfast and dinner are not versatile at all, there is no variety in food, majority of meat-based food is pork; elevator did not work;

The staff is nice, they agreed to change our room when we asked for it. Some food is tasty.

- there's no air conditioning for the canteen, during hot days with high humidity it was pretty dificult stay there - general condition of infrastructure and equipment - some of the things need to refreshed or repaired - rooms wer cleaned twice a week (which is fair for two starts) but not always thoroughly and sometimes towels left on the floor were not replaced

- room and balcony were spacefull - air condinioning and wi-fi - maybe not perfect but it was allright - nice and kind staff - parking availability (there are quite spots around the building as well as public free parking next to it) - basic kitchen equipment available - I'm not a fan of hotel's animations but my 6 yo son loved mini disco :) nice person was doing these animations - Mallorca is getting more and more expensive, considering that it was still a season, for apartment and breakfast&dinner it was very good offer considering price/value aspect.

It was August and so hot...sorry 1x fan in room is not good enough in that type of heat. The night receptionist lady is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. It was the worst welcome I have received through my many years of travel.
