It wasn't the cleanest and the gym wsnt fit out. Spa had no water in it. It's definitely an older place.

The location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. It's great if you have a later flight the day of checkout as you are able to use the pool and store your luggage as well.

The pool bar food was over priced and v average quality to less than average. The service wasn't that good either as one person in bar and waitress so sometimes had to wait a good while just to buy a drink.

Breakfast was good, plenty of it and good selection, nice tea and coffee. Quiet pool, lots of comfy loungers, relaxing background music v chilled.

The doors are old, shabby, the bathroom is shabby, the shower is old and does not work well, sometimes it is difficult to adjust the water to a comfortable temperature. The kitchen is not equipped with everything you need, there are no glass glasses (there were plastic ones), there was no knife for cutting food, there was no opener. Separately, I want to write about my neighbors, who settled two days before my departure in the next room. They behaved terribly. They returned at 3.30 at night, yelling, making noise, breaking glass. Nobody reprimanded them. I am very glad that this happened closer to my departure. Well, you need to be prepared for this.

The hotel is in a good location, 7 minutes to the beach and 12 minutes to the center of Sant Antoni. The place is not noisy, the road is on the side. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, but the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast is good but repetitive. Horrible tasting fruit juices, chemical. Towels are changed every day. Special thanks to Kasper, the young man at the front desk. He was very attentive, upon arrival he changed my room (mine went out with a balcony on the dusty roof of the restaurant). I asked for a blanket, a knife and a can opener. Casper arranged everything for me.

There seemed to be some black mould behind a partition in the kitchenette. It was hard to reach so I imagine the cleaners weren't able to get to it. Otherwise very well cleaned. There was some noise but it's to be expected in a lively area. Fortunately it wasn't next door. My neighbours were quiet but it's a question of luck in this part of Ibiza!

Staff were really good. Attentive and friendly. One even asked if I'd heard noise during the night. I appreciated their efforts a lot! Breakfast was good and as expected for a hotel of this type. Room as expected.

Bathtub in a very worn out condition. Balcony only opens and closes from the inside in one of the rooms and air conditioning system shuts down everytime you open either the main door or if the window is even slightly badly closed. Stove is a bit tricky to get to work properly, takes some time to heat up.

Breakfast was fantastic, staff is beyond helpful and lovely and always prompt to answer questions and aid in anyway. Beautiful location, quiet but close to Sant Antoni port and the beaches as well as the main strip. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Very good cleaning service.

The noise. Thin walls and we can even hear people talking. My advice: earplugs to sleep.

No parking at hotel so have to rely on streets nearby could be difficult in high season. Had a drink on arrival and was charged 12.30 euros for 1 small and 1 large beer, very expensive for a budget hotel, the beach front bars were much cheaper. Queried the bill with reception but said could not help told to speak to bar staff however their English was non existent. No sound proofing at all in rooms, you can hear everything in rooms near you, luckily the youngsters all go out at night so managed to sleep. Air con will not work if patio door is not locked, should have been informed on arrival of this.

Great budget accommodation short walk to beach front, handy shop close by. Reception staff very friendly. Good buffet breakfast selection different selection each day.

The hotel is in need of a lick of paint. It's looking tired and rooms are a bit basic. They need to invest in decent pillows! Walls are very thin. On last night party people arrived and it was noisy. Could hear next room well. Didn't bother me particularly but imagine it might not be the ideal for everyone! My biggest gripe was that they close the outdoor bar area at 5pm-6pm! Crazy...should be open at least during daylight hours.

Pool area was great. Always availability on sunbeds. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The cleaners make every effort to clean your room later in day if you've had the do not disturb sign up for most of it. Breakfast was good. It's a clean hotel. Food and drinks were at good prices. Location is close enough to the action but far enough away from the noise. I found it a relaxing place to stay.
