No staff to ask for help when struggling with the door codes. The hotel I think is almost entirely staffless, didn't see anyone other than a cleaner.

Quiet, but right in the centre. Clean and tidy. Room was basic but had everything I needed.

Drain smells in bathroom was strong (but this is in lots of Seville hotels), building works at property opposite started at 8am (not the hotel's fault of course, but I wasn't told about it), never saw anyone on reception.

Fantastic location, great price and meets basic needs. Would recommend.

We got a room with different terrace that we paid for (smaller, in lower level, no promised views). There was no personel to complain about it. The air conditioning heating is quite noisy.

Great location, 300 m to the Cathedral. Comfortable bed and great wifi speed (which is realy rare in hotels). Very convinient access to the hotel and room (numeric codes).

The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town. You are surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops like Zara, H&M and so on.

Noisy at night with local traffic and locals

When we arrived our room was not ready, but we’re sent up to it to find it occupied. We then had to return to reception who gave us another room but it was not ready, so we had to wait a few hours before occupying.

No staff at the reception..wanted to ask about late check-out and there was no one to talk to and no one replied to messages as well.

i loved its location where many things and attractions were walkable from it. Also, the rooms were pretty wide and it was almost like an apartment with a door that can be closed and two bathrooms, that was vey convenient for us. Also, loved the shampoos and shaving kits that they had for us.

there were no staff at any point in the hotel - this wasn’t so much an issue but having to call to be let in / out on the first and last day, and to be let into and out of the storage locker was sometimes frustrating. The room wasn’t cleaned each day despite putting on the clean room sign on the door (but we did get new towels and shower gel etc daily)

The main concern was the lack of hotel front staff. Our total stay we did not see anyone. All information was handled by email.

The location was convenient. Plenty of hot water in the shower and water pressure.

The bathroom could be a little bigger, because the toilet was too close to the bath. The lights in the hallway need to be turned on via a button, but sometimes you must pass a dark hall before you are able to reach this button.

Affordable hotel in city center with good beds. A parking garage is nearby.

I did not see any staff. Reception is only staffed between 10AM and 5 PM. I arrived about 9.30 PM and left at about 8.30. AM Everything was done with codes, but I wasn't given one for the left luggage store. So I had to take my luggage with me to the course that I was attending. The worst thing was that I couldn't get out of the hotel in the morning. There was a button to press which would open the door but it didn't work. Eventually I managed to phone someone who opened the door remotely. Just as well I speak Spanish.

The hotel is right in the centre of Seville. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The pillow on the bed was 1 long pillow. That’s not comfy for 2 people to have to share.

- no reception (eventhough it says there should be. atleast during business hours). tried calling very number, but no response. - as a female solo traveler I didn’t like their door system. you get a code and there is no way to lock your room extra from the inside. - I also didn’t like it that you can quite easily access your neighbors balcony
